• Nothing.

• Excellent place to live in and have relaxed holidays.
• Weekly room service.

“This hotel is conveniently located with in 200m of 1-88 and I-355, one of the major intersection. Going from this place to any where is quick. It's near good shopping and dinning areas and few miles from prime shopping outlets. In all a nice place to say and live in.”

“This is an excellent hotel specially for people with small budget and who do not like to go out to eat daily due to there dietary restrictions. I would recommend basically all Extended Stay America for people traveling with family and people who are Veggie trains mean who need to cook at home and live it easy.”

• Everyone was friendly.
• Nothing was included no breakfast or internet. Not any good for business.

“Overall my stay was fine. I just was not happy with the how the hotel chain runs. I am a business traveler and do not agree that when they say they have wireless that I need to pay for it. Or that I have to wake up when I am in use to a different time zone earlier so I can check out and get breakfast. I had to start my day an hour earlier then normal. Let alone there is not a gym on site so if I had time to work out I had to wait until Bally's opened so I could get in some exercise. It is not suitable for business travel. Convenience is everything when you are traveling for business. This does not meet those needs.”

• There could be a better variety of TV channels.

• The room was a very large.
• It was a dirty room. It smelled in the bathroom and had hair all over the sink and shower. It could have been cleaner, wasn't impressed.

“I wasn't impressed. The bathroom was not cleaned well with hair around the sink and shower. The bathroom in general had a bad smell to it. It was decent for the price. It isn't some place that I would ever stay again or ever want my family/friends to stay in.”

• Kitchenette in room saved from eating out a lot.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They pointed out where area places were that I was looking for. Everything was great from beginning to end.”

• The helpfulness, generosity, and hospitality of the staff. I also like the location. It's close to shopping and eating areas.
• The heaters in some of the rooms don't work very effectively.

“I've actually stayed at this hotel several times with my fiance', and I enjoy it very much most of the time. On this particular visit, I was given a room that appeared to be ok, but it had a problem with the heater. I stayed for 2 nights, and on the first one the heater worked fine for about the first 30 minutes, but soon after started blowing cold air. I basically played with the heater the rest of the evening to see if it would work properly again. So, on the next day, I informed the manager of what happened, and as usual, he was very nice and understanding, even checking the heater himself. He then changed my room and did a follow-up to see if everything was ok. I really enjoy ESA- Downers Grove and again, their staff is wonderful!”

• It looks like an apartment -has kitchen and table- I like that.
• The wall was dirty from previous abiders- the bathroom needs deep cleaning.

“The space and furnitures were in good condition and nice. But the wall was dirty that you could see prints perhaps from a mechanic or someone with dirty hands. In the bathroom there was rust. Other than that it was nice.”

• Too far from the elevator; office closes at 11 p.m.

• When it was over.
• Dirty, stained, nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

“This is the nastiest, dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Trash littered the floors and elevator, room was not clean, stains everywhere, with food on the floor on top of the fridge, hairs on the shower ceiling. When discussing this with the staff, his response was as he knows, it's really bad. Would not stay here ever again even if it was prepaid.”

• It is a mess! From the staff to the hotel conditions.

“The hotel doors are broken and not fixed and so anybody can just walk in. It is scary to stay there. I had to carry y luggage, i.e. Bag etc every day or time I am leaving the hotel because there is no any security measures there.”
