• It was close to the interstate.
• The room smelled like stale smoke / horrible breakfast.

“The hotel management laid to us about their continental breakfast menu - said there were items that didn't exist when we got there. The room smelled horrible. Rear doors could easily be entered without a card - a real security issue. ”

• Noisy for a Monday night stay - slamming doors, etc.

• The location.
• The staff was rude and we did not get the room we booked.

“We were greeted by a cussing front desk clerk, was unwilling to hardly help us check in. She made us feel like we were a burden to her. She wouldn't take the time to show us where our room was. We found our room and it was not a king bed/smoking. It was a queen/non-smoking. Cleaning staff did not speak English which made it difficult to even ask for extra towels.”
