• Very clean.
• Toilet in room had issues.

“I loved the hotel. Very nice, clean, etc. However, the toilet in the room did not flush right, and the tub drain was very slow. I suspect that particular room had a plumbing problem.”

• I liked the architecture, I liked Aveda supplies in the bathroom.
• There isn't complimentary bottle of water in the room.

• The balcony view in our room was fantastic!
• The drunk guy in the hallway busting out all the lights.

“Overall, the hotel was excellent! Very clean, upscale. I was only disappointed with paying $13 a night for internet access.”

• Size of room was huge and very large balcony.
• Bath exhaust fan was extremely loud, perhaps not working properly.

“The room was great! Bed a little hard but fine. The hallways were small but, I would prefer larger rooms to roomier halls.”

• Not much to say here. Experience was pretty average in every regard.
• Frustrating internet connection - no WiFi in room.

“Old style convention center hotel. Very clean, but could use some remodeling. Lots of convention groups playing games. Not too relaxing for others. Wouldn't be a first choice for independent business travelers. Pool-Spa area looked nice, but was a good walk outside and was overrun with convention game - playing groups while we were there.”

• Overall cleanliness and service.
• Internet access charges.

“Excellent hotel, rooms clean and nice, nice restaurants, overall a good stay and would stay again. However I was surprised that they charged almost $14 per day for internet usage and had no wireless. As much upgrading that this hotel has I feel they should upgrade to a free wireless internet.”
