• I enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff.
• The whirlpool in the swimming pool area was not up to par.

“The hotel was clean, and compact. Its amenities are worth referring to family and friends, especially the spacious rooms and the outstanding breakfast buffet.”

• Continental breakfast, great rooms, well kept up hotel.
• Small fitness center, small pool.

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. I felt like I was staying at a fancier hotel because of the service, the cleanliness, and the interior design. It was a very great deal for the price, and conveniently located by the metro train which we frequently used to get into the city. I would definitely stay again.”

• Cleanliness, couple of lights not working.

“Cleanliness was bad. Couple of lights were not working. Not fixed even after complaining. Did not get extra blankets for additional members. Old blanket were not removed. Bathroom door was not locking. No AC effect. Over all my family members were very unhappy. We stayed in the same hotel 3 years back. We all loved the stay.”

• Good breakfast, clean, massage chair, everything!
• None.

“The suite gave us extra space. It was clean and family- oriented. All the little things, such as popcorn, coffee/ tea, & cookies in the lobby, were nice! The massage chair in the gym was very nice!”

• The Continental breakfast was super!
• The A/C in our room never cooled properly, even when set on high; not enough closet space!

“The rooms were very nice. It was very roo9my with the suite layout. Floors in the bathrooms and lobby were too slick. My daughter slipped and fell. The neighborhood was really nice and had convenient shopping. The location was perfect for our needs. The hot tub was broken for most of our stay. The breakfast was great! The hourly workers on staff were very nice and extremely capable. The desk staff, possibly the franchise owners, were cold and unwelcoming.”
