• The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.
• The floors that had smoking rooms smelled up the entire floor not just the single rooms.

“The help at this hotel did the best they could. It was memorial day weekend and completely full; the front desk clerk did her best to get us a larger room without extra cost. Great customer service!”

• The evening hors dourest were a welcomed surprise.
• Nothing to say on this, everything was fine.

“This hotel was within a 30 minute drive of Chicago, which meant it wasn't too far removed, but wasn't too close, either. It was surrounded by just about every restaurant, specialty and retail store you can imagine. We had a great stay.”

• No unpleasant surprises, met or exceeded my expectations in all categories
• Pool only open until 11 p.m.

“There were no fees for wireless internet, breakfast was free, and room was clean, very spacious, nice view, all in all a very pleasant experience.”

• Overall, friendly staff, great breakfast.
• We were given the wrong room at first.

“We were given a smoking room with two doubles when we ordered a non smoking with a king, at first they told us that someone must have smoked in a non smoking room, but we were on the smoking floor. When we complained a second time we were given a non smoking room with a king bed. The second interaction with staff was very friendly and helpful, the first person was the opposite. Everyone else was very helpful and the rest of our stay went great! The breakfast buffet was great! I will stay a this hotel again.”

• The staff was helpful, the room was ready, and the room layout was very comfortable.
• It was necessary to go through the lobby to get to the hot tub/pool!

“This was one of the best overall hotel experiences I have had. The morning breakfast was very good and the tables kept cleared. The location allowed me to walk easily to a restaurant or just to walk outside and get some fresh air. I definitely would want to stay at this hotel again in the future!”

• The hotel was very comfortable.
• I did not like that there were not bags in the garbage cans.

“The Amerisuites Schaumburg is the perfect place to stay when you just want to lay back and relax. The rooms are comfortable and inviting.”

• Wonderful breakfast.
• Room could have been cleaner. Hairs in the tub, gum wrapper on floor.

“We enjoyed the large room with the sleeper sofa. Great for a family. The breakfast was delicious. We will look for amerisuites in the future.”

• Clean linens, friendly helpful staff.
• Had to walk through the lobby to the pool / breakfast was a zoo.

“It was a really pleasant stay for me and my college student daughter. We had a room with two comfy, double beds with clean white comforters and lots of pillows. The clerk helped us out with directions to some places we were looking for and we enjoyed dinner at "sweet tomatoes" within walking distance of our room and a 15% discount with our motel key. It was all fun.”

• Large quite rooms, very comfortable.
• The pillows were horrible.

“The hotel was wonderful, well located and fairly easy to find. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. My one tip, bring your own pillow if possible.”
