“we were impressed with this hotel. It is new, well designed and clean. The bed is impressive. The soap has an unusual and appealing scent. The shampoo is too drying and is not recommended.”

“The price we paid for this hotel was an excellent bargain. We use priceline for all our hotel stays. This hotel was an upscale HYATT property right across the street from Woodfield Mall in Chicago. The staff was very accommodating when I asked for a two hour late check out.”

“This is not a safe hotel if you are allergic to feathers. The feathers from pillow were visibly floating in the air. They changed the room but the other room had the same problem. Hotel manager did not offer us any medical help for allergic reaction both of us (husband and wife) had. Even after 3 days, I am still suffering from it - coughing and all.”

“The hotel is extremely comfortable. The room thermostat was right above the bed which is convenient if you get too hot/cold at night. The room was much larger than we expected. Aesthetics from the lobby to corridors were wonderful - very modern!”

“I was amazed when I checked in - lobby was huge! nice & clean. the room: Awesome! it was huge, I did ask for a double but got a king instead which was fine because I got there early and got what was first available. The decor and comfort level was beyond expectation! My only complaint was that we asked for new towels and housekeeping when we left and they never came. We're not messy travelers, if anything we put all dirty towels in a pile and just wanted new ones and for the bed to be made and it wasn't done. Other than that, this hotel is a GREAT!”

“Conveniet. Easy to get to. In great spot - good restaurants and great shopping within walking distance! Clean, comfortable. Staff was just excellent - wish I would have gotten every body's names!”

“The front entrance was closed, for remodeling, I assume. The lobby was nice and clean but the elevators had deep scratches in the walls and were old and dated looking. My room was small but very nice. There was an issue with the heat that made a really loud, unpleasant noise that I'm sure disturbed the neighbors. Overall, it was more than worth the money.

“The location of the hotel and its name Hyatt needed some improvement. The hotel room lacked some of the basic necessities (refrigerator, additional guest chair, no valet for suite case). Truly an out of the room business traveler's room.

“A very nice hotel with very clean comfortable rooms. Once the renovations are complete it will be top of its class. Definitely good value for the fussy traveler.”

“The room was decorated nicely but it was damp and musty. The air conditioner did not work properly. There was no continental breakfast. There was no ice machine or vending machines on our floor. Our floor was in the midst of a remodeling project. I would not stay here again.”
