• The TV had a zillion channels.
• Bed uncomfortable, slow drain in shower, safety questionable, not all lights worked.

“I would have been willing to pay for 10-15 more just to be in a place that felt a little more security conscious.”

• It was close to home. very old and not worth what I paid.
• Old, nasty, concrete walls. Old wallpaper. YUK!

“The hotel manager told me I paid way too much. He said he could have gotten me a better price of at least $20.00/night. He told me not to use your service and to call the hotels direct. That the hotels most likely can give me a better price as you charge a commission. I feel I was ripped off.”
