• I didn't have to be in the room for them to bring a cot to it.
• Mattresses were not the most comfortable, toilet paper was very thin, and A/C didn't work well. TV didn't get many channels.

“It was in a great location. The room was clean and big. Staff was courteous and helpful.”

• Close to packer camp!
• Rooms kind of smelled, carpets were dirty/out dated.

“Asked the front desk if we could stay an extra 15-20 minutes she said no! Pool area was dirty and stinky! Outside locks need updated.”

• We really had a nice time at the pool area, lots for the kids to do.
• The restaurant breakfast was not very good.

“This is a nice family hotel that I would stay at again if I am in the area. Staff was very friendly, facility nice and clean. Nice pool area with ping pong tables, pool table and various video games.”

• Friendly staff, great location and overall clean. The beds were very comfortable which is rare in most hotels.
• Noisy fan on air conditioner.

“Great location for packer fans. Everything we needed, food, retail, stadium and entertainment was very close. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I plan on staying their next time we are in greenway.”

• Great location and I had a room right by the pool.
• House keeping didn¿t come to my room until 7:00 pm and we had to get out for them to clean it.

• Beds were comfortable.
• Pool area.

“When we arrived for our 1 night stay the parking lot was almost completely filled. Keep in mind this was at 3:30 pm. had a difficult time finding a parking spot. Room temperature was quite high we got into our room. Tried to turn cool air on but to no avail. Had to open window to cool down. Pool was shut down from 8:00 pm that night until the next morning. Found out someone¿s child had diarrhea and let it go in the pool, for the most part very disgusting. Most of the time there were kids running rampant through most of the hotel. Of course with the pool shut down for 4 hours that night the Jacuzzi was always packed with not much room. Went swimming for a short time in the morning but found pool to be rather cold and crowded, keeping in mind this is a heated pool. Also found so called Jacuzzi to be Luke warm compared to the night before. Sauna was also never turned on in the morning or turned on very low. Had to figure out how to turn on. In the morning the pool and surrounding area was also very crowded. I expected a better continental breakfast then what was there. I understand it is what they call free or included with your stay but for what they had didn't seem like much of a value there intention is for you to spend an extra $5 and upgrade to the hot breakfast meal. I was very dissatisfied with my stay. I did end up getting half my money back but had a hard time getting in contact with general manager. He was also somewhat rude over the phone and was not easily willing to at least issue some sort of a refund. I will not stay at this hotel again. For one night out of several months just to go and swim in a pool or sit in a hot Jacuzzi or sauna and get screwed like this. ”

• The location was excellent by the Research Center.
• The management at this establishment is very rude, and the employees are just as rude as the management.

“Overall the location is prime for the price, but since the employees seem to lack in every aspect of customer service I think it is worth it to spend a few more dollars and to have to travel a little further to Lambeau Field/Research Center, then to have to put up with such rude people.”
