• The room was clean.
• It was undergoing renovations, so no public spaces existed for guests; continental breakfast was served on a table set-up outside the elevator.

• Cheap.
• Far from where I wanted to be (near MCW).

“Hotel was decent. Nothing extraordinary, but not bad either. Just a basic hotel that allows for a comfortable sleep at night.”

• Breakfast was very good.
• Room very damp and musty smelling and feeling.

“A big part of the reason we chose this hotel was because of the good reviews but I was fooled. When we checked in shortly after 3:00 and got to our room, it was musty and damp smelling and feeling (the hall was cool and dry feeling). It was over 90 degrees outside and the air condition was running on high and blowing slightly cool air. We left for our function around 4:30 pm and figured it we leave the air running that it would be better when we got back. We got back around midnight and the room was just as musty and damp smelling and feeling as when we left so I went to talk to the front desk to see what could be done. The person at the desk did not seem a bit surprised about the room and offered me a fan (which they happened to have sitting right there to give out so they knew of the problem). I asked about getting another room and they said they were all full so then I asked about a discount and he said I would have to talk to the manager the next morning. The air conditioner ran all night and the next morning it was still not as nice and fresh as the hallway was. We held our door open for awhile to let some of that cooler dryer air in. Other than this situation, the room was looked clean, but I did notice cheerios and sunflower seeds on the floor between the bed and the nightstand that were not cleaned up from a previous occupant. Another thing was we were on the first floor and I had to go to the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor to get ice.”

• Rooms size and breakfast was great.
• Bed was only a full size.

“This hotel is great for business/leisure. No swimming pool does not make it family friendly. The free internet access was helpful in checking email and searching for activities in the area. We did enjoy our stay and the cost was very good.”

• The price we got was outstanding.
• We only had one set of towels at first.

“Cheap and satisfactory. This place was exactly what we were looking for. If you are going to a Brewers' game, you might want something a little closer.”

• The location was convenient to where I was going the next day.
• The debit card policy

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was rather short, we arrived at the hotel very late(this was planned that way),and had to leave early in the morning. The room was very clean, and everything was kept in order. In the morning, they had a huge continental breakfast, which served hot food along with fresh fruit, and other great breakfast foods. I felt rather safe, because the doors all required a key for entry after 10 PM, and there was a security guard in the parking lot watching things when we got there.”

• I liked the Laundry ... It came in handy.

“Staff were pleasant and helpful. The lobby was cheerful and appealing. The rooms were really nice. I liked the amenities: Laundry facilities, exercise equipment etc. Actually I really liked the fact that the TV could swivel between the little living room area and the bed area. Nice touch. Thanks”

• Great breakfast made to order (included in price of stay).
• Loud AC unit (as with most hotels).

“For the money, this was a great stay. Clean facility with wonderful morning breakfast and nice managers social. Onsite business center was a help as I was away from office...”

• Farther away from my client than I would have liked - got stuck in traffic several times
