• Room is small.

• Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
• Roads all under construction, so mess getting to hotel.

“Our overall stay was very nice. The only problem was the construction in the area. The rooms were very clean and staff very friendly.”

• Friendly staff, comfortable bed, large room.
• Needs renovation.

“The first room had two double beds (the comforter on the bed was filthy with lipstick--I don't wear lipstick). There was peeling paint and mildew on the ceiling. This is an old hotel that is in dire need of renovation. I complained and they gave me a better room with a king size bed on the 8th floor. The room was nice but they don't offer anything for free! I was there 11 days I should have at least received free breakfast. Overall, the hotel was okay.”

• Nice size room.
• Road construction outside hotel, room was loud, older decor but still kept up nice.

“This is an older Hyatt that I would guess will be undergoing renovation in a couple of years. However, everything was still kept up pretty well and it was clean. Just starting to show some age. Lots of road construction around the hotel made it a little loud. Without that, it would have been a great stay.”

• Two room in one. King size bed plus love seat and separate desk area.
• No free internet, old TV.

“Great price for the stay. Comfortable bed and couch. Shower was clean along with the entire hotel.”

• Large room, nice linens.
• No free Internet, small beds (not even full-size doubles), CRT TV, expensive food.

“Convenient location, good size rooms yet the beds are not full size double beds. Nice linens. No free Wi-Fi is a downer. The hot tub by the pool was not operable although the pool itself was nice enough. Nice exercise room. Expensive food and somewhat poor service at the restaurant (especially at breakfast).”

• Configuration and size of the hotel room.
• Construction outside of the hotel.

“The sleeping rooms were large and included a sitting area. The common areas were pleasant. The hotel staff was excellent. The dinner served at the wedding reception was exceptionally good.”

• Bed and linens were comfortable.
• Hotel should be built with refrigerator /microwave in room.

“Terrible T.V. reception in room, remote did not work well. The staff brought up another one and it didn't work well either. You had to be standing about 2 feet from T.V. to get it to work. There was a soccer group on my floor that kept running down the hall, screaming and laughing loud in the hotel. The staff attempted to control that situation to no avail.”

• Clean, excellent beds, and extra room.
• Internet access is difficult and they charge for it - strange for a hotel catering to business travelers.

“Great hotel with clean rooms and beautiful appointments. Access to the internet is difficult and not friendly to the business traveler. I would have liked wireless hookup to make it a perfect stay!”

• I liked the size of the rooms and the staff.
• Check in was really slow I had to wait a long time to get checked in. There was a person at the desk, but she said she was in training and could not.

“My husband, daughter, and I along with my in-laws stayed overnight for one night on our way to another city and it was great.”

• Friendly staff, can rent Cranium board game for the night.
• No free internet access.

“The room was good sized and bed was very comfy. We used to pool, but hot tub and sauna was no where to be seen. It was conveniently located and would stay here again.”

• The beds were incredibly comfortable!
• The bathroom seemed shabby compared to the rest of the room.

“The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was very comfortable- and the food and wine selection was more than adequate. I received an excellent value staying at the Hyatt Lisle.”

• This hotels staff is very accommodating to adults travel with small children.
• The hot tub was broken, and had what appeared to be a plywood floor covered with green turf material- that looked strange.

“The hotel staff was always helpful, and when possible addressed customers by name. They went out of their way to help with whatever we needed. It was quiet even though there were several events at the hotel this weekend. It is a great place to stay.”

• Beautiful lobby and very friendly staff.
• Older style rooms with stucco ceilings.

“Nice suburban location. Large hotel lobby with grand ceilings. Rooms were average and older but updates had been done.”

• Comfort level very high; even the elevators were quick.
• A little noisy Friday night late due to a wedding. Also would like coffee was available in lobby.

“Excellent accommodations with comfortable beds and plenty of space in rooms. Good shower and parking except for wedding guests. I have been here before and hope to be there again. As mentioned above, would appreciate coffee and tea to be available in lobby.”

• No shopping, fast food in immediate vicinity.

“Upscale hotel at a great value. It even had a better-than - average quality hair dryer (offset by no microwave or refrigerator). My daughter took the car to her dorm, so I felt somewhat stranded and at the mercy of the high restaurant prices, but otherwise it was a great place to stay!”

• Flat sheet used as fitted sheet kept coming off the bed.

“This hotel is very nice. The rooms are very comfy, the bed was very comfortable, but would have been much nicer had they used a fitted sheet or at least 2 flat sheets and tucked them in properly. Our king sized bed had one flat sheet and it kept coming undone. Very annoying to sleep on. Also, the whirlpool was under construction and closed during our stay, which was a disappointment. There was no notification of this on their at check-in.”
