• Everything was perfect!
• Nothing!

“This hotel was the best! I've never had a better night sleep. I felt like royalty with the nice decor and amazing bedding. The room was spacious, and the staff very friendly. It had no odors or smells. I"d highly recommend this to friends and family, and wouldn't think twice about staying anywhere else again! You get so much more for your money than other hotels!”

• People above us was noisy.

“The hotel was very clean, friendly and accommodating for our group of 4 people. The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast and happy hour was very nice with many selections. Would definately visit again!”

• Location.
• Rude, harassing, noisy, and low class.

“I arrived at the hotel around 8pm central time. The night receptionist was very rude and harassed me saying that they wouldn't think twice to kick me out of my room for a party. He was serious in his tone and showed no signs of sarcasm. He also made a comment that it was a high class business stay hotel and that I needed to keep my stay noise free and keep away from disrupting the other guest. The continental breakfast was not worth the effort. Everything was cold and dried out. Then at night there was someone in the room above us that was just walking around and it made the ceiling sound as if it were to cave in. Very unpleased and dissatisfied with this hotel and staff. Now I have to call and use my minutes on my phone to straighten a problem that should have never occurred. And from experience, a Motel 8 would have been better than this. At least they wouldn't have charged me several times and tried to feed customers arid bread and un ripe bananas. As I said before, very disappointed.”

• Always someone to answer questions, very comfortable, nice view, clean.
• Too much chlorine in the hot tub, affected my skin.

“The hotel staff was very accommodating. We asked for a roll out bed for an extra person, and they just upgraded us to a room with a roll out couch at no extra cost. (Wonderful!) It was very clean, and the continental breakfast had something for everyone. Fresh and hot. Best continental breakfast I have had in a hotel.”
