• Spacious, well-appointed room. Great breakfast.
• They forgot to tidy my room after the first night!

“Quiet location, easily accessible. Variety of restaurants nearby. Granite vanity and shower. Marble on desk and other furniture. Comfortable bedding. Desk with WiFi to assist the working traveler. Breakfast was of good quality and variety. Public spaces were always clean.”

“The room was for my mother. She had to change rooms 4 times due to a leak in the bathroom ceiling, than a toilet that wouldn't stop running and then another leaking ceiling. The hotel seems to have major plumbing/piping issues.”

• The remodeled rooms are clean and attractive.
• This hotel is a little difficult to see off of the main roads.

“Remodeled hotel that is very nice, clean and attractive. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. All fixtures were new. There is a small business center that just has one computer with no printer or other features.”

• More modern/updated than what we were expecting.
• Breakfast attendant unfriendly when approached with spoiled milk and request for a new one.

“Overall, much more attractive than what we anticipated. It appeared to have undergone a major renovation. The lobby was very inviting, nice sitting area with large screen TV. Free internet service on the main level. The rooms were updated and well appointed; not what we expected for this level hotel.”

• Smoking rooms, fridge/micro, internet, clean, nice room.
• Breakfast room was crowded, room key quit working after 2nd day.

“Very nice for the star-level I chose. Free breakfast was good, but room was crowded every morning. Room/hotel was beautiful. Convenient parking. Staff was professional.”

• Coffee was not the best, but still ok.

“Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable. Location great. The breakfast was very good, cereals, fruit, coffee, and cheese omelet's.”

• Was not able to get the crib that I was promised.

“Excellent location, accommodations, and breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. The only down side was I called direct to the hotel and requested a crib. I was told that they had them available, but it was not provided.”

• Loved the decor, the king size bed, and the breakfast.
• Breakfast started too late for us on Sat morning (7:00 instead of 6:00).

“We loved our night at this hotel. The amenities made us feel pampered (especially for a 2.5 star hotel) and I appreciated the updated decor of the room. It was much more comfortable than the usual blasé pastel. generic look.”

• I like the fact the beds were comfortable and the convenience of the location was perfect.
• I understand the construction going on but the 2nd elevator was a little shaky going up and down.

“I don't travel much but thought this hotel was a good location. It had a nice a atmosphere and the hotel staff was very nice. I would love to come back again.”

• Nice room.
• Uneducated staff that questioned items that didnt make any sense.

“The manager of this hotel needs to train his people or get a new job. Did my keys wrong, argued with me about adding my priority club number to my reservation and then found out my number was in the system and gave no apology. Very unprofessional staff that you do not need to deal with after a 5 hour drive. This is my 3rd stay and every time there has been something simple screwed up that other Holiday Inns or chains seem to be able to get right.”

• The hotel room was very clean & well maintained.
• The staff downstairs were very rude & always on the phone having private conversation.

“The hotel was remodeling therefore it was very noisy & lobby was dirty, so was the elevator. The night staff was very rude & did not belong there. She was on the phone the 3 times I came downstairs because the room key wouldn't work. She refused to come upstairs & help saying she was the only one on duty. Looked like she was busy on the phone having a private discussion. I was not satisfied with her behavior.”

• It currently under construction. Lobby area very dirty.
