• The room was nice and the bed was super comfortable!
• Service was horrible! They told us there was free breakfast then charged us $32 for it!

“Everything about the hotel was excellent, except customer service. At check in we asked if there was a continental breakfast in the morning and the lady told us there was. After we had finished eating breakfast the next day we were handed a bill for $32 and told the breakfast was not included with our room. The front desk attendant wouldn't even apologize for the miscommunication. He just kept saying "It's not included." Considering we got the room the charges for breakfast nearly doubled the cost of our stay! We would never stay at this hotel again, no matter how nice the amenities. We're writing a formal complaint to the Marriott company.”

• Nice lobby, courteous staff.
• Had to pay extra for second bed - surprise.

“Small rooms designed for conferences not for two in a room. Had to pay $20 extra for a second bed in an adjoining room. Rooms were clean, TV's were ok. Did not use other facilities so I am unable to comment.”

• Room was very clean, 2 bathrooms in suite.
• They charged to upgrade for double beds and rooms were very small.

“Dining in the restaurant was not kid friendly and other choices in the immediate area were fast food only. Although hotel room was clean and well presented it was very small we stayed in a suite which was 2 rooms connected by an open doorway. Pool and fitness center were kind of hard to find. Perfect for a business conference stay but probably not ideal for families.”

• The beds were wonderfully comfy.
• There is only one entrance to the towers and you really walk.

“My stay was a pleasant experience. I was in town for a family reunion and the Marriott was in the right location for my needs. The room was clean and comfortable.”

• Hotel was set in woods, green space, lovely and windows opened!

“A beautiful setting with woods as a back drop, making the trip feel more like a vacation in the country; windows that open for fresh air; really and truly comfortable beds. Wow! New facility, very nice. Staff good.”

• Front entrance is too many stairs, but they have a ramp.

• Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
• Pool was small and the layout of the hotel was a maze.

“We planned on using the pool. This hotel is not family friendly. The pool was very small and not very convenient to get to.”

• No free wireless internet available and claims to be for business travelers.

“The room was much smaller than I expected from a Marriott, probably one of the smallest I've ever stayed in. Room and hotel were nice and clean. I was traveling for leisure, but it claims to be a business/conference hotel. Seems like offering free wireless internet would have been available.”

• Clean rooms.
• Computer, wireless access and breakfast not free, rooms were small.

“Hotel room was very small. If there was more than just me in the room, we would have been falling over each other all the time. They had a business center, but computer access was not free and wireless access was only available in the lobby and was also not free (as it is in most lower star hotels). There was also no free continental breakfast, only a buffet from the restaurant. I would not recommend this hotel for families or for anyone needing to use a computer during the stay.”

• The hotel is safety conscious in that you must enter/exit through the front door.
• The parking was on the opposite side from the entrance.

“The room is really small -- not even a small table; the chair was just stuck in the corner the closet was small and stuck in another corner. The parking was very far away from the entrance and other doors were only available for emergencies. There are no restaurants or shopping in the neighboring properties. Vending was only available on a few floors.”

• Tiny room. Horrible view. Very soft, uncomfortable bed.

• Incredibly small rooms with zero creature comforts; horrible distance from car to room.

“This hotel is a converted training facility with tiny, Spartan rooms. You will have to walk from a remote parking lot, up several steps, through the one available entrance, then traverse long distances to elevators located at the end of the widespread wings (likely with bags).”
