• Nothing. It was great!

• The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable.
• Pool area appeared very used.

• The beds were extremely comfortable.
• A little confusing to get into the parking lot at night from the expressway.

“We got in late and had to leave early the next morning, but the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.”

• Cleanliness, comfort of the bed, flat screen TV.
• There was not a refrigerator in the room.

“We will definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.”

• The hotel was nice and clean including the room.
• I found nothing negative about the hotel.

“I was pleased with the hotel, the friendliness, cleanliness, comfort, the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and the food was excellent. I also forgot my laptop and I was able to use the hotel computer to connect to the internet.”

• Linens, flat screen TV, bathroom all excellent.
• Hallway noise. Some remodeling on our floor so there was a smell of glue.

“I'd recommend this hotel and will stay here again. Shopping mall within walking distance and a couple of golf courses nearby. Short drive to Miller Park!”

• Interior design was simple and elegant.
• In the room coffee & creamer was terrible! Paying for internet in the room.

“Everything was very clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. The mattress on the bed was wonderful and the flat screen was nice.”

• Wide screen LCDS with high def channels, very well updated.
• The floor plan has the rooms spread a great distance.

“The property has been remodeled and looks great. The pool might be a bit small and the floor plan is spread out too far, but the rooms are great, the beds are great, the HD TVs are great and the service was fantastic.”

• HD flat screen TVs!
• Very complicating alarm clocks.

“We have stayed here before, and it looks like they have updated the hotel/rooms. We loved the HD flat screen TVs and decor. Also received a crib promptly. We have had problems with alarms clocks here in the past, with them going off in the middle of the night, and it happened again. Finally just unplugged it! Very convenient location to shopping/shopping/Miller Park.”

• No indoor smoking places.

“I drove there in a blizzard! When I got there I expected half the staff to have called in and a wet lobby. NOT EVEN CLOSE! The lobby was warm and inviting - the staff was great and the room was perfect. I was looking for a mini vacation and I got a luxury!”

“Friendly & knowledgeable staff with a warm inviting lobby. More that adequate business areas for meetings. A bar and dining area that is open and inviting. The rooms are comfortably furnished. I was very happy with the accommodation and service.”

• I liked having a king sized bed.
• The bathroom in the room I had was small and awkward.

“Staff is friendly and the overall presentation of the hotel is very nice. I arrived during a large snow storm. Although it was difficult to find parking, plows were out clearing stalls as quickly as they could, and helping customers dig out their own vehicles.”
