• Convenience to restaurants and shopping. It had a refrigerator and a microwave.
• 2 double beds instead of a queen or king.

• Safe location.
• The bed was miserable, the wall heater was noisy and the bathroom was cramped. Very uncomfortable lodgings.

“This was a Sheraton in a good area of Milwaukee, so we expected more than we got. The room was OK, but the bathroom was cramped with only a narrow strip of counter space behind the toilet for a guest's toiletries. Neither of the double beds in the room was comfortable, but one was too lumpy and hard to allow a good night's sleep. And, when you did fall asleep, the wall heater kicked in with a roar that immediately awoke the sleeper. There was grout missing in the bathroom, and, in general, the room was "tired". The extra blanket in the top of the closet looked as if the previous guests had rolled it up and stuffed it into the torn plastic bag that enclosed it, and there was no way either of us would have used it.”

• Large room with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom.
• Ice machine on our floor was broke - had to go to other floors.

“We have stayed many times at the Sheraton in Brookfield and hope to do so again. The newly renovated room in the rear high-rise section are large and accommodating with very comfortable beds. The combination of outdoor and indoor pools gives you many options to relax.”

• Clean and helpful staff.
• Hallways were not air conditioned.

“Nice and neat, not luxurious, not romantic. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool area. Helpful staff at desk for check in and also for directions and questions about event parking.”

• It was next to a mall, and was very close to the shuttle buses to get to the summer fest, I would definitely come back.
• I could not get my computer to come up in the wireless area's so I had to rely on their computers they had, which had 3 of them and 2 of them was down.

“Stayed a full week and the hotel and its staff was very friendly and clean, got to use the exercise room and swimming pool. It was nice that there was 2 swimming pools an inside one and an outside one. The only concern was the computers they had for you to use there was 3 of them there and 2 was almost always down. So could not get on till really early or really late at night, there was always a line to get on the computers. But all was excellent, found 2 area's to pick up shuttle busses to go to the summer fest. We usually stay at Days Inn, and this year tried Priceline and got a wonderful deal at the Sheraton. I heard it from a relative and will recommend it to everyone. Use priceline.com.”

• Extremely quick check in and TV's.
• Can't think of anything.

“Hotel is convenient for expressway travel. It is very clean. Rooms are spacious. Front desk is extremely helpful and friendly. Great quality for the price.”

• Beautiful room, great room service food, very pleased with the staff.
• Not all rooms had refrigerators. Refrigerators in the rooms would cost more.

“Hotel exceeded my expectations. Food was great! Halls are brightly lite, as is the parking area. Washers and dryers are available. Will stay there again! Will use Priceline in the future!”

• It's clean and the rooms are newly renovated.
• No internet in rooms!

“The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. No internet in the rooms, so you have to go all the way down to the lobby to work.”

• Convenient to shopping. Room was clean. Comfy bed.
• Need more parking.

“Hotel staff was honest with me when I checked in saying they were very busy and that our room was on the first floor. That part was great for us except it was very noisy at night when we were trying to get to sleep. There were people going to and down the halls hollering and keeping us awake. We almost called the front desk and then must have fallen asleep. It was pretty annoying. Other than that the hotel is very nice except that the parking is limited.”

• The front desk personnel were wonderful - even accommodated us to make sure we had a room close to the pool since we were traveling with our kids.
• The hot tube was not terrible clean and when the jets were on, it caused brown bubbles.

“Excellent place to stay with family. There was a birthday party going on in the pool room which was great to see that kids could swim and enjoy cake/snack at same time. Room was clean. Flat screen, swivel TV in the room was very convenient.”

• A great staff with everyone polite willing to help you make your stay comfortable.
• Some sections are under construction now. Created a long, circuitous path to get in and out of our room.

“A very nice place offering anything you could want, including a pool and weight room. The rooms are nicely decorated, and include a flat screen HDTV along with an internet connection. Location is convenient to either Milwaukee or Waukesha. Would stay here again without any hesitation.”
