• Generally seemed like they were skimping on amenities.

“Staff was very scarce and also limited on their English speaking abilities which made it difficult to communicate. It seemed like they were missing on the little amenities. Limited coffee in the room, $2 coffee at the desk if you wanted to purchase it, my phone wasn't working and they never came to fix it, etc.”

• Fitness center was FABULOUS! Lounge was child friendly with WiFi, pool, darts, shuffle board before 10 p.m.
• Double beds, no. Fan didn't work. Viewed and heard AC units outside window.

“Clean and elegant. Customer service was very good. 2nd floor rooms view the top of the first floor lobby which has AC units on top that run all day and night, not the best view. Wyndham Lisle has the best fitness rooms I have seen around there, much better than the Hyatt across the street. The pools are comparable though. Geared towards business travelers, great for weddings too.”

• Noisy tennants at about 1am , which lasted about 1 hour

• The nearby forest preserve.
• The gym and swimming pool.

“The gym was always full during the day. I understood they rent it to outside people. There was one man at the front desk, who always had a white shirt. One afternoon,he grilled me and my wife, at the front desk, as to why we used so much toilet paper. He acted as if we were criminals, or something. My wife was very upset and has a urinary problem. I thought this was a terrible thing to do in front of other guests.”

• The Pool area was clean, large, with lots of seating.
• Our room was dirty, old food, bugs, air didn't work and
  front desk button didn't work on phone.

“This hotel was nice with the exception of our room. The lobby area, dining area, staff was very nice. The pool was a great size lots of seating room around the pool and great towel service. Our room was dirty. There was old food from the people before us, bugs, the air didn't work, we tried to call down to the front desk but the front desk button didn't work on the phone. We had to go down to the front desk to talk to them.”

• I liked the small size of the room, I had to leave to change my mind.

“Rooms are to small for business traveler. I stayed all week, weekend my family joined me. It got really small with three of us. Fitness room was suppose to be brand new? Tread mills were junk. Equipment was okay.”

• The hotel was pretty clean and comfortable.
• The bed was way too soft and uncomfortable and we didn't have the towels we needed.

• Very clean rooms. Excellent fitness facility/pools.
• Room service staff seemed clueless.

“I've never seen such clean rooms in a hotel before - great for allergy sufferers. They even have special purified rooms for allergy sufferers. We stayed in a normal room. Fitness facility is like a health club - high quality equipment. Very nice indoor pool and whirlpool. Friendly front desk staff. We had a hard time getting a hold of room service for breakfast, and when we did they were not helpful.”

• The public areas were very well kept.
• I tried to call for room service for twenty minutes and didn't get an answer. I called the front desk twice and they couldn't help me.

• The beds were extremely comfortable.
• Smelled Smokey, trash in sink, no batteries in the remote, unfriendly, no manager available to speak with.

“I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. Although the rooms claim to be non-smoking, entering into my room it smelled disgustingly like an ashtray. The bathroom sink was filled with trash. The remote did not work. When I looked for a manager to speak with, there was never one available. Front desk personnel were very unfriendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was very disappointed.”

• I loved the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff.
• I wish there had been a mini-fridge in the room.

• The friendly and attentive staff was always there to insure the quality of your stay.
• With I-88 construction ongoing, getting around becomes an exercise in patience.

“The hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. With I-88 construction ongoing in the area, the staff was well prepared with optional routes to various locations around Chicago land. And, you could not hear the construction anywhere in the building. The room was very comfortable. I stayed in one of the new Pure rooms. While the air purifier was a bit noisy, I felt very comfortable and slept well.”
