“For the most part, this hotel was well worth my stay there. I stayed several nights as I was working in the Chicago area, and it was definitely comfortable, clean, and in a great location. I wasn't impressed with the fitness center at all, nor was I impressed with signage for getting around the hotel. It seemed to need a few updates, but overall it was a good stay.”

“The hotel is showing its age but is clean, well run and maintained. The shower worked fine but need updating. The mattress seemed old and too soft for my liking. The bed comforter was clean but needed updating. All in all, it was not a bad place to stay for business travel.”

“The Holiday Inn Select in Naperville was probably an upscale hotel during the Regan administration. It is in dire need of a top to bottom renovation and updating of bathrooms, TV's, furniture EVERYTHING. I wished that I stayed at a Hampton Inn or a Courtyard by Marriott.”

“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and was very pleased with the location, room, and overall facility. I was not, however, pleased with the 25 dollars extra I was charged at check-in.”

“Overall the hotel was ok. The beds were terrible but the room was clean and the public areas were clean. The staff was not very friendly and gave me the wrong receipt upon checkout, I needed it for reimbursement information and when I called to request another they told me they could not give me another one. I would not book this hotel again for my family, but for business purposes a quick trip it's ok.”

“This is the second area of Chicago where you have included substandard properties in the top quality level. This hotel, while acceptable is not in the quality standard of the Hilton, Hyatt, Westin and Marriott in the Naperville area.”

“The room had 2 double beds that did not look inviting. Bedspread on one bed had burn hole. Luggage bench was soiled. Bathroom sink had water temps reversed. Shower head was very low and tub had excess caulking which looked tacky. Workout facility needs fan. Pool looked inviting and staff was very friendly.”
