• Leaving, left a day early.

“This place looks nice. But the staff has no clue of what they are doing. They gave me a room for one. Night staff sits and plays on the computer all night.”

• Small room, thermostat not working.

“Very small room. Only one double size bed in room, matress top had plastic cover protection, could not get one extra pillow, no plastic cups for cofee in room, second day only one face cloth, one face towel.”

• Clean.
• Over priced.

“This hotel reminded me of the hotels I stayed at when I worked for the railroad. Adequate, but not nice or really comfortable. They had a continental breakfast, but the coffee and other items were gone by 8:00 am. Even the railroad hotels kept the coffee supplied.”

• Great continental breakfast.
• Very small room.

“For the price and the location this hotel is a super value! It had a great free breakfast and the staff was very helpful and polite. The room was a little small, but it had a lot of nice features like an ironing board and iron, and a sink outside the bathroom. I did not like the position of the coat/garment rack. I kept bumping my head on it! I would stay here again when traveling to Chicago.”
