• Checking in & out was easy.
• It is old and worn.

“It is a cheap older hotel. Everything worked in the room and it was reasonably maintained. If you want amenities go somewhere else. I couldn't imagine more than a night or two here. For the price it was OK.”

• Bathtub had a 2" hole in it 3 in: from drain. Had rust around it. Not a new problem.

“Wouldn't recommend it at all. Room was
not ready till after 5 pm, had to wait in parking lot. Hole in tub was known to staff. Said it would drain (yes under the foundation). Level of concern to detail poor. No remote for TV. Managed by Indian people (from India). Some could not speak english. If I knew this in advance, I wouldn't have stayed there.”

• Hard beds, not enough towels, breakfast continental and skimpy, internet didn't work.

“Beds are old and hard. Staff doesn't clean room well or replace towels. Internet didn't work. Breakfast was continental with few offerings.”

• No shower curtain, and when they did finally bring one, it was moldy. The floor was damp, and it was very noisy!

“I don't recommend this hotel for anyone with young children, or anyone concerned with safety and cleanliness.”

• The staff was very friendly and the room was exactly what
  I hoped for.

• It was the cheapest in the area.
• It looked scary from the outside.

“This was a one night stay for a party so we went with the cheapest. Please do not expect to get something nice for this price. It's just a place to crash.”

• Perfect location to the bars/restaurants in downtown Naperville.
• Supervisor was very rude to us.

“My friends and I were looking to go to downtown Naperville for the night and the location was perfect, unfortunately the supervisor wasn't too kind. We had four people staying the room, but he insisted to call the room at 7:30 a.m. the next morning to explain to us that $30 was to be added on to my credit card since only two people were suppose to stay in that room (we had two beds in the room so I didn't quite understand how only two people are suppose to have that room). The final outcome was $30 will be added to my credit card or we will need to check out now. So, the four of us checked out and will never stay there again.”

“Scary bloodstains on the box spring, holes in the bedding, towels like tissue paper, fresh baked goods? Stale bread, dirty carpet not a place I would like to go again at any price.”

• Courteous desk woman.
• Dirty sheets, thin towels, used soap ,earwig, no Kleenex. etc

“We tried 2 different rooms and ended up not staying. Very bad hotel for a Days Inn.”

• You have got to be Kidding.
• Filthy room, tub, toilet , floors etc. along with incompetent staff.

“Short and sweet, if you like a filthy room complete with bath tub scum, pubic hairs around the toilet ( which also needed "cleaning" ) an vacuumed floor complete with gum wrappers and bobby pin, burn holes in the sheets ( It was a nonsmoking room), food smeared on the back ( guest side ) of the door, no air and an unsecured parking lot, this place is for you!”
