“This hotel was clean and had nice amenities. The staff were very busy with the phone and had no time to assist me and other guests when I went to the lobby. I was generally satisfied with the hotel, and would recommend it to a friend for what it was.”

“We were very pleased with our room when we first checked in. We asked and had 2 queen sized beds, and while there wasn't a lot of amenities (no free breakfast, e.g.), since we were only staying one night and catching an early flight, we didn't care that much. We didn't find the hotel as difficult to locate as some earlier reviews indicated, but we know the area very well so that probably helped. The room was supposed to have free internet, but we were unable to get it to work. When we reported this to the front desk, they gave us a number to call. That didn't help, so they quickly sent someone to assess the situation. When he couldn't make it work, they moved us to another room where it did work, and gave us two free passes to their breakfast buffet (a $22 value) for our trouble. I was very impressed by that
I've stayed in plenty of hotels where we didn't get that quality of service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel was nice. They took me way out of the way, when I could have just jumped off the tollway and been right there. The directions even had me turning into a parking lot for no apparent reason!”

“This Courtyard was difficult to find, even with a map and we ended up calling the front desk for aid. The sign was not visible from the road. Otherwise it was in a pleasant area and on a scenic road, not far from our convention. Our first room smelled awful, bad perfume in the cleaner for the carpet apparently. The carpet was damp, everywhere. The phone wouldn't work. And there were only three sets of towels, and not very plush towels at that. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating, and could see that the room had recently gone through general cleaning and were happy to move us to a new room. The only trouble was, that the new room was not much different from the first one, except that the phone did work and the iron was slightly damaged, and we now had a view of the 'courtyard'. The practice of this Courtyard is also to bill for a daily newspaper unless you contact the desk to cancel the order, but then they still deliver it and you are required to return the paper to the desk anyway. Any way I look at that it was just a hassle.The bedding seemed quite nice but I woke with a backache due to the mattresses not being as firm as they should. All in all, the hotel was a disappointment. I have to believe that we would have head a more relaxing and enjoyable experience at any of the other 2-1/2 star hotels in the area [that have free breakfasts and probably not wet carpets] and even a few of the 2-star hotels as well. If we need another hotel in this area, we will bid lower for a 2-1/2 or 2-star hotel, hoping sincerely not to end up at this one again.”

“Everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The first room I was in had ants (I think because it was directly across from the pool) but the staff was extremely accommodating and moved me immediately. With the exception of the person who checked me in at 12:30 a.m., all the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional.”

“This hotel was very nice. The rooms have newer furnishings and are very upscale. There is plenty of room, was very clean, and free high speed internet is great. I wish all the upscale hotels would do so. I like having a patio but would have liked it to have been usable. The door was locked and the patio was overgrown. Lobby spaces were beautiful; they had breakfast available and free coffee. A great hotel for the business traveler.”

“My husband and I were in town for the weekend. This hotel was in the perfect location (close to the high way and easy access to the western suburbs) and provided a nice clean and quiet place for us to relax. The pool and hot tub we well maintained and the staff was friendly. The only thing that was missing was a mini fridge in the room.”

“Motel hidden in trees. My stay was very uncomfortable. Bed was caved in on sides and lumpy. All windows dirty. Keyboard to interact with TV didn't work. Staff was friendly. Food was just okay. I will not recommend Court.”

“My one and only complaint was the thin walls in the rooms. I could hear the people next door closing the door to their room and the bathroom door. I could even hear their conversations word for word, and they were speaking in a normal tone of voice. I heard their footsteps even, when the kids ran from one end of the room to the other. This was not just a case of loud neighbors; those walls were way too thin.”

“This hotel is located in the business district of Naperville. Close to all the offices. The public areas are nice. The breakfast bar is good (costs $10 per person) but has excellent choice. The fitness room as good equipment. The rooms are small and the plumbing is bad.”
