• Wrong element around the hotel

“Our car was broken into twice, once with a makeshift slim jim and the second time through the trunk with a coat hangar. The rooms are small and we didn't have a microwave. My business partner had a microwave that didn't work. The staff was friendly but the hotel was kind of hard to find. A good little continental breakfast bar and the free wi-fi didn't work half the time we were there.”

• The room was really humid, more humid than outside.

“This hotel was easy to find. It was clean and comfortable. This is a good place to stay overnight, not a destination hotel.”

• Nothing.
• Not clean and the service was poor, we were locked out of our room.

“The bathroom was dirty. The fixtures were away from the walls. There were no wash cloths available for use. The pool was not usable the first day (cloudy). I have stayed in other Baymont facilities that were very clean. Never again in mobile.”

• Comfortable pillow top beds, nice pool, great breakfast, friendly staff, and it was quiet!
• Not enough towels in the room.

“This is the second time we stayed here because it's conveniently located in the mobile area, it's quiet, and the beds are amazingly comfortable (pillow top comforters). The breakfast has a large variety of food and the staff there is always so nice. The rooms are very clean.”

• The king size bed.
• No bar or restaurant.

• Convenient location.
• It was filthy, blood on bedding, walls, filth in bathtub horrible.

“This motel was absolutely filthy. Mold and mildew in the bath tub. Mold and mildew was around the top of the tub and up the walls and on the ceiling. The front desk man refused to come and look at the room. He said housekeeping was gone for the day and they couldn't change the bedding. We left that hotel within 20 minutes. We refused to stay in such a filthy room I would never recommend this hotel.”

• Fleas in my room, towels smelled, walls cracking.

“Would not recommend to anyone breakfast was good but the room stunk, the fleas in the first room were horrible, tub was dirty, air conditioner rattled and the knob was broke. Not good at all.”

• The clerk was helpful with us changing rooms.
• The rooms smelled awful. The rooms were in poor condition. housekeeping was terrible.

“The hotel advertised that they had refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms, this is only available for certain room and it is a very low number of rooms, so we had to switch aside from the walls being smeared with something god awful dirty, there seemed to be patch work left from where someone put holes, plural, in the walls. The ceiling had a number of wet spots there also. Housekeeping did not leave enough towels for 2 and when management was approached, they reported they did not have extras. The only decent thing about this place is the location. They have plenty of eating/shopping places and you are about 15 minutes away from most areas since the interstate is right around the corner.”

• Location.
• Commode stopped up and water would not drain out of bathroom sink.

“Everything was pretty good except for the plumbing problems. They did send someone down right away to unstop the commode.”
