• Good location for our needs.
• Did not like walking through wedding reception to get to only elevator in hotel.

“Good hotel, good location in Brookfield on main road. Personable staff, rooms could have been a little larger and would have been better if had small refrigerator and microwave. Did not like pillows too soft. Ample parking.”

• Counter staff was awesome, super location.
• The sheets for the pull out bed that were stored in the closet were used and nasty.

• Room was very basic and some of the staff was a snippy.

• Comfortable bed.
• Exercise room did not have disinfectant to clean equipment.

• Very attractive hotel. Great beds and pillows.
• They did not have much room types.

“This was a very nice hotel. I was very pleased with everything as far as how the hotel was clean and friendly staff. I was disappointed that our only option was 1 king bed. It was my spouse and I with 5 kids so sleeping arrangements were not the best. We had to pay another $10 for a rollaway bed and still didn't have enough room.”

• Large, clean room and very comfortable bed.
• Only a lap pool and small whirlpool not family friendly.

“This hotel met and exceeded almost all of our expectations! Due to road construction, it was a little difficult to reach, but the room was very large, clean, and furnished nicely. Bathroom was spacious and very attractive. The beds were the best part! Outstanding comfort with great linens and pillows. It was quiet and comfortable! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only negative was the pool it was only a lap pool and a very small whirlpool. OK for solo business travel, but my wife and I were on business with our two children (14 and 11), and it was a little cramped. It was a great place to celebrate a huge victory for our family at the Hotel.”

• Awesome and super clean linens and towels. Yeah.
• It was on a construction road at this time.

• Freezer too small in refrigerator.

• Very clean, smoke free, and bed & pillows were extremely comfortable.
• The pool was only a lap pool; prefer a regular pool.

“I love the fact that it was basically a smoke free hotel. Everything was really clean and well decorated. Love the bed and pillows; you definitely get a good nights sleep. Awesome cookies too!”

• Service was excellent, room was beautiful.
• Would have like a balcony.

“Upon check in the staff was fast and extremely courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. Flat screen TV, extra pillows, comfy bed. Wolfgang puck coffee was a treat. The kids wanted to order room service for the first time. Breakfast came very fast and hot. The "in room" dining menu was very reasonably priced. Kids breakfast for 4.95 and it filled them up. I will definitely stay again. Short drive to Milwaukee brewers stadium.”

• The bed was comfortable, parking convenient, close to everything, nice size bathroom.
• Saw dried toothpaste on the bathroom door; water was left in the coffee maker.

“I like staying at the doubletree hotels, they are usually pretty nice and you get the warm cookie at check in.”

• The decor is very appealing; the beds and other are very comfortable.
• The hot tub is very small and awkwardly built. The tables in the pool area are too small.

“This is a really nice hotel. It is very clean and well-decorated. The rooms and furniture are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient. The bedding is great. We enjoyed the cookies and coffee. We would definitely stay here again.”
