• Nothing hotel related - it was in a good area with a lot of stuff surrounding it, but that's no credit to the hotel itself.
• Everything.

• Everything from the staff all the way to getting the morning paper and breakfast
• Not one thing.

“The staff at this hotel is the best I have ever been to. I have never seen such wonderful customer service as this hotel had give. I am looking forward to coming back. I recommend this Inn to anyone who will listen to my story.”

• Friendly, quick check in.
• The pool was outside, and was closed.

“The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Check in was quick and easy and employees were friendly. I was disappointed that although a heated pool was in the amenities, when we arrived we discovered that the pool was outside and was closed.”

• Convenient to toll way; courteous, helpful staff.

“I readily recommend it for its convenience to toll way, cleanliness and quality of staff. Met my every expectation for a great price. Very convenient to the Sears Centre Arena, for those who don't want a long drive home after a show.”

• Convenience and price.
• Internet didn't work in the first room I was given but they moved me and it worked fine.

• Nice large room / bathroom / surprisingly quaint!
• Very basic breakfast.

“We were very hesitant about LaQuinta after staying at another that was not so nice. This one was excellent! A large room and bathroom with a very convenient lighted alcove outside of the bathroom. A pleasant surprise!”

• I did not like the housekeeping done at this hotel. They didn't mop or vacuum my room the whole time I was there.

• The breakfast were awesome.
• No hot tub.
