• The bed.
• The room smelled.

“It was decent for the price. The room could have been painted better and it smelled like hamster when we first walked in, but the bed was comfy and the shower was awesome.”

• Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and efficient.
• My room didn't have any baseboards. It's my only complaint.

“I thought the staff was nice. The internet was easy to use. The breakfast had a nice selection and the staff kept it well stocked. Over all, a good experience.”

• Everyone was kind, and got me what I needed when I needed it. No hassles.
• No pool.

“The staff was great. I enjoyed having a Belgian waffle for breakfast! They were delicious. Breakfast had a good variety. My room was always clean when I returned from my day. It was very nice. The bed was huge and I loved it!”

• The continental breakfast was great.
• The bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable.

“The rooms were okay. They are planning to update and renovate soon. The staff was helpful and nice. Housekeeping was excellent. My biggest complaint was the bed. It was very, very hard and uncomfortable. I had a sore back all week. My roommate had neck problems.”

• The hotel was easy to locate. They served a a continental breakfast with a great variety of items to choose from.
• No thermostats in rooms. Carpet was laid and dirty. Smoking.

“This hotel was adequate for our needs of one night. We were located pretty far from the smoking rooms, but when we walked down the hall to the elevator, we were surrounded by a cloud of smoke.”

• Beds were dirty, shower was dirty, and room was dirty.

“This hotel was by far the worst one I have stayed in and I been in many. The room was dusty and dirty. The bed linen was never changed the bed was just made to appear clean and when I complained they gave me fresh linen for me to fix my own bed. The shower was filthy and had hair all over the place, I had to hunt down a cleaning lady to clean it.”

“Friendly place. The breakfast was nice & neat with wide variety of foods. At check in & out the staff was very quick and I was able to have a good night sleep. Next time, I come through I will stay at Baymont because the price is very reasonable and it is a comfortable place to stay.”

• Continental breakfast was good, well taken care of.
• Nothing stood out, a little less than expected.

“Standard motel room. It was hard to control the temp in the room. The temp was dependent on your heat setting on the dial on the unit below the window. It was difficult to get a comfortable setting. You could not turn off the fan; you had to get the heat just right. No thermostat.”

• No exercise room, not even a treadmill or bike.

“Not bad. Rooms are clean. Staff is distant, but not obnoxious. Breakfast is decent. Location is good. I would have expected a "2 star" hotel to have an exercise room.”

• The prices.
• Found 2 bugs in the shower.

“Flushed one bug in the toilet, brought the 2nd bug to the manager who said it was some tree bug and nothing he could do about it. I found it hard to believe it was a tree bug as it is freezing temps. Here, for over 30 days.”

• Parking, automatic doors, desk clerk efficiency were all good.
• Hot water ran low on third night. Chair was broken. Room key needed computer re-set on second day.
