  • It was a convenient location for us.

  • Not only were the rooms comfortable they had a fridge, micro and all the amenities needed and wanted. The shuttle driver was great.

“The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities that I look for in a hotel. The fridge and micro is a must. I don't like filled frigs as the left overs don't have room and no one uses the beverages in them as they are to expensive. I liked that the lobby was set up in such a way that it gave a friendly atmosphere, the checkers, backgammon and chess boards were great. The shuttle driver not only recommended a great restaurant, but he took us there and timed it perfectly to pick us up. We were on the phone with the lobby when he came in to pick us up. Perfect timing and what a pleasant experience.”

  • The staff were very helpful.
  • There were 3 weddings, so one night was a little noisy. The staff took care of it right away.

“This was by far the best experience we've ever had. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the rooms were great. We had a slight problem with the internet not working initially and one night there was a group of wedding guests being very noisy in the hallway. Both problems were taken care of promptly.”

  • Convenience and reliablility.

“Had problem with bedding. Had soiled sheet. I feel it was not due to neglect of management, but maybe oversite of cleaning staff. Management was quick to respond and correct problem.”

  • Had computer set up.
  • The vending machines were all out of most of the pops.

“I was not impressed with this hotel at all. Here i was thinking that a hilton would have looked awesome but the floor we were put on had sheets and pizza boxes as well as garbage in the hall. All the pop machines on every floor were completely out of most of the pops. The staff was busy talking with each other then assisting me with my check in.”

  • Nice lobby.
  • So much, bad cleaned rooms, did not change none working refrigerator ever, snotty staff, dirty pool area.

“Our check in was great but after that it went down hill. The TV remote was dirty with stuff within the keys and it hardly worked. When I took it down for new batteries I got a rude remark, gave it to housekeeping it still do not work right. You had to be right in front of it to work. Even sitting on the bed would not move the channel. No trash liners anywhere. Waste overflowing in can of lobby. Snotty unhelpful people at the front desk. Air conditioning did not reach the whole room. Pool had dirty looking yellow walls and there was brown foam in the whirlpool each night. The shower that was there had no handle to use. Had to take a shower each night afterwards in the room. The business center had no AC in it or it did but because of the amount of lights in there it did not feel like it. And lets address the issue about the $10 per person for the lobby breakfast. What a crock. It is not a dining room for people outside the hotel and it is easy to miss for people who do not travel a lot because it looks like a regular hotel with a breakfast included in the rates. Not impressed with this hotel.”

  • I loved the microwave & refrigerator. The room service was great!
  • Did not offer free continental breakfast.

“Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Inn. I felt that the front service was outstanding upon check-in & check-out.”

  • Very clean and accommodating. Excellent staff. Would highly recommend.
  • Only complaint would be the iron was drippy, but that's too picky.

  • Bad air quality transcended the whole experience.
  • The room had very poor air quality. So much so, that my sinuses were aggravated and I had to visit my doctor to rectify the issue.

“This hotel was average. The room size was adequate and bed was somewhat comfortable. But the air quality was horrific. I have stayed in many other hotels and on occasion have chosen the rooms designated for smoking. I have not ever had an experience such as the one I had at this Hilton Garden. My guess is that they needed the carpets and heaters cleaned.”

  • Hilton Hotels still let me credit my Hilton Honors membership with the appropriate points!
  • Our room was across from the elevators and we had to turn the fan to high to drown the noise of the dinging elevator and people in the hallway.

“The location was very convenient for us. We travel into Downtown Chicago twice during our stay and didn't hit much traffic either time, and the hotel location also made it easy for us to hop on the highway and get out of town at the end of our vacation. There were plenty of restaurants close by as well as Woodsfield mall only a few miles away.”

  • Housekeeping was the best.
  • No game room, breakfast buffet too.

“We drove for this trip. From Southwest Florida to Chicago area and tried to do the best we could on arrival time. The lady that was at the front desk let us check in early (40 minutes) but she was not happy about. I tried to check into the room prior to getting all 4 kids out of the car. However, this was not okay with her. I had to go back out to the car, get all the kids out of the car and unpack.”

  • Clean. Had available business center, pool, and work out room. Used all three areas multiple times.
  • The safety locks on the door did not work for the kids. Our 18 month old was able to open the door and run into the hallway.

“I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again. The beds were in rough shape but overall it was a fun experience. We had adjoining room with family and liked that option.”

  • It had a shuttle that went to the wedding I was attending.
  • The bed was harder than a rock. The paper thin walls let me hear every SINGLE thing that was happening in the laundry room next to my room. Literally.

“The staff could care less if you were there or not. They seem like characters out of a SNL skit. The breakfast there is horrible. Save yourself the time and head down the street to IHOP or McDonalds.”

  • The beds were the best!
  • The pool was a little cold.

“The lobby was very nice. It had fireplaces and plenty of places for socializing. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The maids were very prompt and courteous. Overall a great time!”

  • Clean, friendly staff, great for business travelers.
  • Room carpeting was really stained. No room service.

“I stayed here for 5 nights for a training conference. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. So I could go to the store and actually buy food I could have for dinner each night, instead of having to worry about where I was going to go. Room was clean (except for carpeting which was stained) and the bed, although nothing special, was comfy. The best thing was the complimentary business center, which is open 24 hours. I always had computer access there. This was a GREAT experience. Would recommend to others for business.”
