• Very comfortable room, extremely clean, quiet, modern. Loved large flat screen TV!
• Nothing.

“Very clean and modern with very comfortable beds and separate living area with ample fold out couch. Nice spacious desk area and mini fridge, sink and coffee area was especially nice. Excellent shower as well. Staff was extremely courteous. A beautiful hotel that we will definitely visit again when in the area.”

• It was just a very nice place to come to after being out and about all day. Truely looked forward to getting back to the room to just relax.
• LOVED IT!

“Very clean, nice rooms. I was so impressed with the size of our room and the availablity of things that were needed (iron, coffee pot, internet, etc) although, a microwave would have been nice. But overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with, always greeting and acknowledging you.”

• When my room did not get cleaned they did not offer compensation.

“Other than the episode of my room not being cleaned Thursday pm it was great!”

• Modern, safe, decor.
• They failed to make up my room the last night and never offered to make amends.

“Other than the issue with failing to make up the room the last night and never offering to make amends (I had to ask them to remove a charge to make up for it and they seemed reluctant) it was ok.”

• The lobby is very comfortable and inviting; the room/beds were adequate and large Flat Screen TV was great.
• Bathroom & closet spaces were so small.

“We were very comfortable through-out our stay. The hosts of the hotel were most helpful. We made some use of the weight/work-0ut room and a daily trip to the computer space to check our e-mail. However, we should have visited the pool. We were just too busy. This is an excellent location for anyone visiting the western Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates/Streamwood/South Palatine and would recommend it especially for business meetings. We happened to be within a couple of miles of our children who live in the Schaumburg/Streamwood areas so it was so convenient and we didn't have to break up their routines.”

• $6.00 for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich!

• The "obvious" reduction in the "free complimentary breakfast was obvious!

“Overall, liked the hotel much better as AmeriSuites over the Hyatt repackaged renamed hotel. Keep the minor upgrades and give me a reasonable breakfast vs. tossing me a little bone and coffee.”

• Fantastic amenities. Squeaky clean. Great continental breakfast. Fabulous experience.
• The check-in staff was not familiar with service dogs and their rights.

“This is probably the nicest hotel I've been in. I've been in more expensive hotels, but never a cleaner one or one with as nice amenities. I loved their toiletry choice--it smelled divine. The big screen TV was great. Nice layout of the room. My stay was just wonderful.”

• Maid kept knocking at 12 noon. Manager came up and asked us to check out.
• Not very clean, not very friendly, did not like it at all.

“We were getting ready to leave at 12 noon. The maid kept knocking on the door. We told her to give us 15 or 20 minutes to pack up our things. She went to the manager and the manager came up and knocked 5 minutes later and asked if we were staying another day. It was a bad ending to our night away. We were not even asking to check out later. Nothing very nice about the hotel.”

• Location was excellent for my needs.
• I ordered a king size bed, it was not. Noise from snowplows did not allow me to sleep and staff did nothing about it.

“If it snows, don't plan on sleeping. Their idea of bed sizes is different then mine.”

• No hot tub.
