• Breakfast was more than just package muffins.
• Beds were very hard, springs felt through mattress.

“Decent place for the price though beds were hard and housekeeping never came in the room (nor did they try to contact us to see if we needed anything) over my 3 night stay.”

• Better than expected. Nice hotel for a short trip, nothing fancy.
• Bath accessories werent enough, one shampoo and couple soaps, had to ask for bath towel and coffee pot.

“Overall a good experience. Laid back atmosphere. Friendly staff. Very Good for a quick inexpensive stop. Nice rooms.”

• Could see the hotel, but entrance was a challenge to find.

• Very convenient; great value for money we paid.
• We did not specify room and got 2 double beds rather than a queen or king.

“The location is great--close to lots of shopping, restaurants and expressway. Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast has a lot of nice food and beverage selections.”

• Friendly staff, variety of breakfast items, clean.
• Some guests smoked in the hall and left quite an odor - not the hotel's fault though.

“Stayed a week and were overall pleased. Were able to get a room with a King Bed. Small things that needed attended to were promptly addressed when staff were alerted. High chair in dining area helpful for baby. Wireless internet worked well, but no facilities to print.”

• Friendly staff, convenient location next to major highway.
• Since liquate just purchased this hotel evidently, there was no sign. Difficult finding hotel, no sign, dangerous to look.

“Met my expectations, comfortable. As mentioned above, difficult to find. It was extremely difficult to find the hotel, so that was annoying. I saw a building that looked like a hotel, and drove over to it, and parked in valet drive, next to front door, and only then could I see it was la quintal. I found that annoying.”

• Reservation had not been received; clerk did not handle this well.

• I was offered a smoking room originally and could not get 2 beds. Fortunately I received a nonsmoking room.

• Location was good for our purposes.
• The coffeemaker in our room leaked. Bed was too firm.

“It was fine. Clean and filled basic needs well. Our first room, which was a non-smoking room, smelled like a smoking room, so we requested a change. They put us in a non-smoking handicap access room, which smelled much cleaner.”

• My son loved to make his own waffle. He's 8 years old.
• The gym was small w/one machine of 3 out of order. No pool.
