• Comfortable Beds, clean linens.
• Moldy shower curtain, bathroom not detail clean.

“Good Hotel value for the dollar. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Everything inside of the room was in good working order. Not the cleanest bathroom that I have experienced at a hotel, but it did not bother us. Continental breakfast was good, but was crowded with people on the weekend. (partake early) We will not hesitate to stay here again.”

• The daughter was very nice and helpful; daughter liked the view of the main drag.
• Most everything, keys, remote to TV, toilet didn't work, didn't like it.

• Serious domestic dispute in hallway in early morning hours.

“While this hotel met my expectations in terms of the overall accommodations, the hotel staff seemed ill-equipped to deal with the early morning disturbance and were quite slow in calling law enforcement.”

• Very late check in and very early departure in the morning; desk staff very helpful and friendly.
• Breakfast didn't start until 6:30 a.m. We missed it because we had a 6:00 a.m. Flight to make.

“I would recommend it for the person who just needs a clean comfortable place to sleep it was a nice place. Very easy access to the freeway. Several restaurants / shopping close by. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful (very late check in and early departure).”

• Quick solution near the highway.
• Toilet broken and ants walking around walls.

“Budget hotel that met the need at the time. But toilet that flushed only when the lid was removed and ants walking around as soon as the lights turned on were disturbing.”

• Good pillows, room size nice, and plenty of cable channels.
• No eggs at breakfast, bed not as comfortable as holiday inn express.

“The room was big enough, bed could be little softer, but nice pillows, cheerful breakfast area, and cable channels include music channels and HBO. Wish we had time to use the pool!”

“It was a decent place to stay. It was a short drive from where we were coming from. We had a hard time finding it (partly our fault) and the parking lot was small and dark. Otherwise, it was a good experience for us.”

• Absolutely nothing.

“An exceptional combination of family friendly and first class service. The location is such that anything you wanted was only two minutes away at the most. As a frequent traveler, this is as good as it gets at any price!”

“It was terrible. The room was dirty, holes in the wall, and shower curtains rods falling in the bathroom. I left as soon as I saw it and stayed at another hotel without a refund. I will never use that system again. I got took.”

“This is a very comfortable and cute hotel, ideal for leisure travel and quick stays. The employees where very helpful and respectful, and the set up of the hotel was acceptable to its purposes.”

• Directions given us were not even close to the motel. Had to ask for directions from other motels.

• The waffle maker, pool, sauna, hot tub and comfortable beds!
• The hot tub jets were broken, but the tub was warm.

• I liked the continental breakfast offered in the morning and the generous time frame.
• It was tricky to find, not exactly on the main highway as I thought it would be.

• Did not get the daily newspaper as advertised (outside my door); the pool was cold (I swam for an hour and NEVER warmed up; did ask said it was 80 deg.

• Nothing this place was horrible!
• It had Mold everywhere! Continental breakfast was not stocked most of the time. the TV reception only gave us about 5 channels all the rest were bad.

“Our room smelled of mold, Badly. There was a lot of loud partying going on till midnight or beyond. Our TV reception was bad on most stations. The light fixtures above our nightstands has a short in them and only worked sometimes. We found visible mold in multiple places. The Continental breakfast was set up late and torn down early most days we were there and the choices were very limited. We were disappointed to say the least.”

• The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful.
• I was concerned about the smell and cleanliness of the hotel. Two of my light bulbs were burnt out!

“It was easy to find the hotel. I felt that my room had an odor as if there had been smokers in my room and I requested a non-smoking room. The pleasant surprise was the continental breakfast in the morning.”

• Major room problem, never corrected, lied to customer services.

“Poor room repairs in both rooms. Shower curtain detached from wall, told staff immediately and were promised fast repair. Never repaired. My Dad could shower in our upstairs room, but my handicapped Mom cannot do stairs and there was no elevator (we asked0. We requested a refund and when contacted by the customer service department they gave us $25 off. They also said we reported the problem only upon check-out. This is a bold-faced lie. We notified them right away and then several times a day as the promised repair never materialized. My mother was not able to shower either morning we were there and was very uncomfortable at the dressy events we attended. Non of us will EVER stay at a Ramada again.”
