“The hotel was pretty nice. The continental breakfast was limited but convenient. The staff was nice. I only had 2 concerns- 1. the walls and ceilings are thin- so kinda noisy. 2. I stayed on the first floor and my room faced the parking lot, which was no big deal until the maids left the drapes WIDE open. I was traveling for business, so had some valuable things in my room that was on display for all to see. When I brought it to the staffs attention, he didn't seem very concerned, which frustrated me even more.”

• Reliable Fairfield quality.
• Room smelled a bit musty.

“Location is tucked in among numerous hotels near the mall. Keep looking if you don't see it. Very nice breakfast with make your own waffles which the kids love to do. We didn't swim, but it looked like the max it was 3 feet deep. I love the 2 different pillow choices for each person. Nice down comforters.”

• Location, location, location.
• The pool room was not very well ventilated and the room itself was very hot.

“We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We were even invited to the reception of a maintenance person who had been married that afternoon which we could not, unfortunately, attend.”

• location was great, breakfast Lad good selection.

• The bed was great.
• The sink counter top was not cleaned. This means that the maid or cleaning person failed to clean it at all!

“I should have complained, but when I called to get a wake up call, the attendant was not answering the phone. If the hotel is not clean at the bathroom level, what good does it mean to have a soft comfortable bed.”

• I didn't like anything about it
• They hotel charged me twice . they gave us one bed for each room while I booked two bed rooms.

“Overall all, the experience at the hotel was not as exciting as I expected. May not prefer the same or similar hotel in the future. I'm having a problem with the stuff who are not very friendly and they charged me twice since they have access to my credit card.”

“Found a creepy crawly in my bed, so I slept in my son's bed after a thorough search of it! Also, when they say breakfast until 9am, they mean it--it was taken right out from under our noses one morning.”

• No ice maker, hot tub only warm, room was very small.

“I go to the Urbana area about 4 times a year and will never stay there again. I will also make sure any friends going there know not to stay there. ”
