• I like the kitchen and breakfast.
• Beds are not comfortable.

“I always stay here when I take my daughter to college or visit her. I like the kitchen because I can bring my own food and save a little money rather than going out. I have yet to get a room with a truly comfortable bed (they all seem to sag toward the middle when two sleep on it) and the kids always complain about the sofa-bed.”

• The cont. breakfast was tiny!

“I was really impressed with the cleanliness & size of our room! Also, the beds had the new style of comforter that is washed daily (you can smell a hint of bleach on them) which made me feel better about using them.”

• It has a real kitchen and a hide a bed in the couch.
• The hair dryer didn't work, no ice in the fridge when I arrived.

“Great for family, business, or extended stay. Rooms are comfortable & large enough for small families. Has all the technical hook-ups for business. Kitchen (complete with dishes, cookware, & appliances) make dining in a real option for those tired of restaurant or take out food.”

• The kitchen.
• The front desk clerk never told me about the deposit that was automatically charged to my card.

“Overall, I liked the hotel and everything went smoothly. We had difficulties with our key cards a few times and had to go to the front desk and have them fix. So we could get back into our room, which was annoying, but other than that, everything was fine.”

• Convenient location, kitchen facility, love seat for comfortable TV viewing.
• Small bed, not very healthy breakfast options, lobby is too small and congested in the morning.

• I liked the fact it had a kitchen, and that check-out was noon.
• The room service guy was kind of rude.

• Staff were pleasant and fairly helpful. Room was very nice.
• Difficulty in seeing/finding lobby as hidden behind other hotel.

“Although location was close to main highway, hotel was hidden behind other hotel, so finding lobby was a bit difficult. Also did not like that we were lodged in a building separated from lobby/pool/vending area with no protected walkway provided between buildings. Otherwise, staff was pleasant and room was clean, comfortable and spacious.”

• Shoveling from parking lot to side walk could have been better.

• I liked the feeling of safety and the convenience of having everything I needed in one room.
• There really wasn't anything.

“As a parent with children ages 1 and 2, this hotel was very convenient. Having a kitchen was a life-saver. We requested a crib and the staff was happy to oblige. Also, the couch pulled out into a bed, which was great. Everyone had their own bed! The staff kept us stocked with clean towels, made our bed and even did our dishes for us. Staying here made our holiday travels much easier and stress-free.”

• Comfortable bed, kitchen, Ethernet.
• Moved to two rooms, both with some mechanical difficulties.

“This is a hotel that I will often stay at due to volunteer commitments. The staff is generally friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable for a business traveler, (note that the use of double beds rather than queen sized or king probably preclude its use for families and romantic getaways). the kitchen, new desk and chair sets, and wired Ethernet connection are real advantages. On a recent stay, I was dismayed to have to relocate from one room to another due to a broken DSL modem. The second room had a defective thermostat. The hotel may need to pay a bit more attention to maintenance issues. Overall, this is probably a hotel that I will continue to try to patronize. A very minor pet peeve; there is but one wastebasket in the entire suite, (located in the kitchen area).”

• The kitchenette was a very nice touch.
• Needs a mirror in the main room and a dresser!

“Very nice and clean hotel. It was tucked back behind another hotel and was a tad difficult to turn south onto highway 31 because there was no light. There is no mirror in the main room and no dresser or anything to put your clothes in. If you're staying for more than a few days, that will be a pain. Overall, though, very nice. I would stay here again.”

“The hotel is nice and it is the 2nd time I stayed there but the walls need better sound proofing cause you can hear neighbors talking and walking. Also this hotel need larger TVs. Would also be nice if they had a computer with a printer in the lobby for guest to use to look up restaurants and attractions in the area.”
