• Very close from highway.
• Interior of room is very old. I felt like I was in motel 6.

“Good location, friendly staff and clean rooms but interior of rooms are very old. I felt like I was in motel 6. (old bed, very small TV and fridge, 80's curtains).”

• Great location, comfortable, easy to get to.
• Customer service was mediocre.

“We've stayed at this hotel before and had good experiences, but this was just not one of them. We both called ahead and requested at check-in that we get a crib for our young daughter to sleep in it never arrived and by the time we returned to the hotel in the evening to go to bed, they had all been given to other guests. We had to get one from the Towne Suites next door so my daughter could sleep! We also had to turn in a non-functioning remote, which was replaced by one that worked for a couple of minutes and then died as well. Coupled with a non-working channel down button, it was nearly impossible to find anything on TV and totally impossible to use the in-room checkout.”

• Courteous staff.
• Drunks in the hall till 5 am.

“I have stayed at this hotel many times but was very disappointed. I called the front desk 3 times because of drunks across the hall and in the hall from 2:30 am to 5 am. Security came up twice but the noise kept coming. I would have expected by the third call for the police to get involved. I know others called as well.”

• The lobby was very nice.
• The first room we were given had not been made up yet at 4 PM.

“This is a nice hotel for a short stay. It had a small pool and hot tub and the room was nice. The staff was friendly. But our initial experience was tainted by being given a room that was not made up. This tends to impact the rest of your stay.”

• Everything was perfect.

“This Courtyard is excellently located with access to northwest suburbs and Chicago with a plethora of activities nearby. Rooms are spacious and immaculate with excellent amenities and a friendly, conscientious staff.”

• The beds were absolutely fabulous.
• Cannot really say anything I did not like.

• Great location, easy access to expressway.
• Not much of a view.

“This hotel suited our needs perfectly. This hotel was very well maintained. I'm not sure how old it is, but it had a 'new' feeling. Our room was clean and comfortable.”

• The beds were nice. The TV and pool were fantastic.
• Nothing.

“My husband and son had a great get away, not complications with poor service or accommodations to ruin their trip. We love this hotel.”

• Good location to shopping, restaurants and highway access.
• Did not have free continental breakfast like other large chain hotels.

“Hotel was easy to find near exit of interstate. Had easy access to major intercity roads. Hotel and area around quiet amd clean.”

• Rooms are set up well.
• Bathroom was not clean.

“This is a great hotel for people like us who commute between our home and work. The only thing I did not like is that the bathroom was not clean. Although, this is the first time this has happened at this hotel.”

• I thought the price was great for the room we had.
• Checking out took a long time due to some problem on the bill - and I think it was only 3 cents.

• The room was clean and very comfortable beds.
• The breakfast should have been free.

“The service was good and the people were family. The room should be checked if the bottled water they provide are not opened or the seals are not tampered with.”

• Room was well maintained. Pool was good. Computer station in lobby was useful.
• Check-in clerk when we arrived was not helpful.

“When we checked in, desk clerk insisted that we needed to take a King room instead of two queen beds. She indicated that if we changed, the rate would go to the standard rack rate for the room. I believe it was because she did not know how to make the change in the computer. She called the hotel manager and got it straightened out.”
