• The breakfast was good.
• The room was dirty and the carpet was wet and the room smelled like mildew.

“The room was dirty upon check in and smelled like mildew. The carpet was wet and the ironing board did not work. When I complained to the hotel staff, they said they could not change my room because the hotel was at capacity. I am allergic to mold and I informed the staff of my allergy and my concerns that the carpet was wet and the roomed smelled. He offered me a can of Febreeze. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.”

“This hotel was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. I was allergic to mold and the room was filthy and smelled like mold. When I stepped on the carpeting, water sloshed up.”

• Cobwebs, small bathroom and noisy.

“We had a smoke detector and the alarm in the elevator went
on and no one from the hotel came to check us. My son accidentally set both
off, but a little concern from the staff would have been reassuring.”

“The hotel was located a short distance from interstate 57, making it very convenient to get to. The room was clean and the breakfast menu was good.”

• The price was right and the rooms were spacious. My kids loved the pool and hot tub.
• I wish the pool was a bit bigger but my kids still had fun.

“The front desk was very helpful when I asked to switch my room from a smoking to a non-smoking room. They got us in quickly and the rooms were very clean.”
