• It was a clean, safe, and accommodating hotel. Great location for shopping and dining.
• It was noisy in the early morning hours starting around 5 a.m.

“This hotel is located less than 5 miles from the historic areas in Geneva, IL. It was very clean and the employees were very friendly and accommodating.”

• Very nice decor and very clean.
• Heat stayed on all the time. Room was very dry.

“Recently redecorated in fun colors. Attractive and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful from providing new batteries for remote control to band aids to directions. Enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookies when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was decent - enjoyed the fresh waffle and fruit.”

• Size of room was smaller than expected, no conditioner.

“Location to shopping is great - Randall Road is the St. Charles/Geneva area's Miracle Mile. Close by to Metro station so getting to the city was a breeze.”

• Very friendly staff. Great location with great little towns nearby.
• There was nothing that I did not like.

“Great place run by great people. St. Charles and nearby towns have "small town" flavor with great shops and places to eat. I'll stay here again...”

• Nothing.

“Staff very friendly, and room very nice. Bedding was great. Breakfast was as expected. Would stay again.”

• It was extremely conveniently located to where I was working. It was clean and comfortable.
• The complimentary breakfast was begun too late.

“The hotel is located near restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers, but not directly on a busy thoroughfare. It was very quiet in the room and in the halls and the rooms were clean.”

• Hotel staff went above and beyond.
• Can be noisy. Elevator noise and next door conversations and sounds were very disturbing. Only wireless internet in rooms.

“This is a nice, clean hotel and the staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to help. I would not recommend this hotel to light sleepers as the noises from rooms next door, and the hallways can be disruptive to a peaceful sleep. Over amorous couples can sound as if they are in your room with you. Entertaining, yes but I need my rest. Also, some rooms are located near the elevator mechanics and the noise is similar to a jet take off very loud.”
