• Location.
• Everything was bad.

“The only good thing about this Inn is it's location. It's dirty everywhere, the plants are dead, leaves and debris on the floors, rude management and staff. I can't say enough bad things about it. There is no bar or restaurant any more. Everything is run down and dirty.”

“What a joke. Trash everywhere. Pool inside not clean. Pool outside full of tarps and junk. Hot tub was gross. Stairwells stunk and carpets were dirty. We stayed two nights and didn't get maid service at all. Went down and told front desk we needed garbage pick up and towels at the very least. Was told housekeeping had already left for the day. I hunted down a closet that had towels in it and took what we needed. Unbelievable. We were locked in to this hotel as we had our dog with us, or we would never have stayed. Found men's underwear hanging in the bathroom. Beware stay away. I can't believe that the Health Dept. hasn't closed this place down.”

• Close to whom I was visiting.
• Outdated style, rooms were smelly (non-smoking) and musty, stained carpet and furniture.

“This is a very outdated hotel, even though there was construction going on. The rooms were not overly clean - there was stained carpet and furniture. The room did not smell fresh. The grounds were not kept up, there was a lot of trash and debris lying around.”

• Pool itself is nice.
• Pool area has no air conditioning hard to sit in there.

“This hotel is dirty in some area, some areas had no AC, , i.e., pool area, laundry area. There was an armed robbery while we stayed there. Police everywhere, and entire area was roped off.”
