• The breakfast was more than we thought it would be.
• Sitting room outside your bedroom was small.

“We really enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend this place to everyone.The breakfast was presented in a very nice basket and you had a lot to choose from. We ask for directions to different things. They printed out directions. People were very nice to us at the front desk. I talked to someone on the street and we recommended it to her. Very nice place.”

• We loved having a balcony off of our room.
• The heat was a little unpredictable in the room.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very clean and located in a great area of lake Geneva. The hotel delivered a basket of breakfast goodies to our room each morning. A great place to stay.”

• The location was excellent. We were able to walk to everything without a problem. Went one way to the lake, other way to downtown.
• I did find a bug in the room. Probably because it is so near to the water.

“The location of this hotel is great, close to the lake & shopping. You can walk everywhere. Hotel is very pretty inside, rooms had a lot of space. Microwave, frig, toaster & coffeepot were really nice especially if you were traveling with kids. Frig was filled with Water ($2) and a basket was filled with different snacks ($1). By 7:30 you had a basket with continental breakfast outside your door, It contained 2 apples, 2 orange juices 2 bagels, a cross point & half of a giant muffin along with cream cheese, butter & jelly. Very nice and more than filling. 2 TVs in the room great if you are traveling with kids. Will definitely stay there again if we went to Lake Geneva again.”

• Early (12:00) checkout.

“The Bella Vista was our choice for our short(2 day) honeymoon, we were very satisfied with the overall accommodations. I would have liked to stay longer if I could, & would recommend it to other travelers”

• The lobby was beautiful, the fountain, fireplace.
• Nothing.
