• The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean.
• The room did not have fridge or microwave and with it being winter, the air in the room was very dry.

“The hotel isn't right off the main highway but easy enough to find. The room was clean and spacious and the staff very friendly.”

• Great workout and pool facilities. Good pillows.
• My room was very cold at first; it took about 30 minutes before I could be in it without my coat.

• Excellent dining in the hotel, neat, clean rooms.
• The location was not what I expected, it was in more of a down town area of Neenah.

“Overall, our stay at the Holiday Inn River walk was excellent. The attached restaurant and dining facilities were great! The public areas of the hotel are spacious, well-decorated and attractive. The hotel itself is a bit older and the room we had was a standard room so nothing fancy but good for the purpose of our stay.”

• It's in a great little town and 5 minutes from Appleton.
• The room we stayed in was really small.

“I would recommend this hotel to other people because of the great hot tub at the pool, the adorable town it's set in, the river walk, and the fact that it's only 5 minutes from Appleton shopping. I did feel a little cramped in the room. That was the only downside though.”

• It was convenient, quiet, nice neighborhood.
• They did not have a continental breakfast available.

“We had asked for a reasonably priced place to stay and this met our expectations. However, we think that they would be more attractive if they offered the continental type breakfast that other motels have for their guests.”

• Is located near the center of town and the restaurant located in the hotel is great.
• The lobby could be a lot brighter and less congested.

“This hotel used to be nice about 5 years ago. I have been there twice in the past year and had poor experiences both times. I don't think I'd go back. I expect much more from a Holiday Inn.”

“Good location in Neenah downtown. Close enough to 41 to get you anywhere nearby. Walking distance to many restaurants including Thai.”

• The hotel had bicycles for guest use free.
• No Continental breakfast.

“We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn, everything was clean, people were friendly, the location was safe and close to freeway. Can't say anything bad about the whole experience.”

• The hotel was right across the street from a beautiful river walk.
• There were no eating establishments in the area.

“The hotel was neatly kept and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally quiet. Everything that was claimed to be true about the hotel was true.”

• They only had double beds and the shower was very weak.

“The hotel was small, yet adequate. We were only offered a room with 2 double beds. The beds themselves were very uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. Otherwise, everything was fine.”

• No continental breakfast and we had a smoking room which we didn't want. We did not ask to move.
