• The hotel beds were very comfortable, and cleaning staff was excellent.
• I did not care for the lying by two employees that told us they would only receive two TV channels on the lobby television.

“I feel that the hotel is a very nice hotel, and I would definitely stay there again. Overall the staff was very friendly, personable, and appreciated me as a customer. There were only two younger front-desk employees that wanted us to find our way away from the lobby area, so I guess they could watch there TV programs, instead of working.”

• Spacious comfortable room. It had all the bells and whistles, internet, TV, etc.
• The internet worked but was not user friendly on the second day. I couldn't even connect!

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Wingate. It was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. With the exception of not getting connected to the internet on the second day, I was extremely comfortable. If I have a choice, from here on out I will stay at a Wingate hotel.”

• Updated decor, very clean room. Friendly staff. Delicious hot breakfast included.
• The bed was large, clean but very firm mattress.

“Very large, clean room with upscale decor. Fridge, microwave, and coffee included in room. Internet connections in the room with large desk when traveling for business. Staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast was hot waffles, & assorted fruit & cereal. Another day was scrambled eggs & bacon. Very clean & comfortable room. We will stay there again.”

• The room was spacious, attractive, quiet and comfortable.
• The spa tub was too hot.

“We enjoyed our stay. We did not have cause to interact with the staff except for check-in and check-out, but they were friendly and efficient. We were very impressed with the high ceiling and spaciousness of the room. Though we were right next to a busy access road to the fox river mall, the room was remarkably quiet. We would definitely come back again and will recommend it to relatives and friends.”
