• Decent room with clean beds.
• Needed several minor maintenance repairs that reflect on it's appearance and functionality.

“This room is nice for an overnight stay. Hotel was clean with friendly staff and provided a good breakfast. The room just needed repairs to up it's appearance.”

• Convenient location and friendly staff.
• Outdoor room entrances, otherwise fine economy.

“This is an economy hotel. Knowing that, it performs just fine. Pool is small but adequate. Free standing 4-5 person hot tub. Free continental breakfast. Room doors enter from outside. The location is very convenient to both interstates and the new live theater (2 blocks).”

• Convenient location, near interstate, shopping, dining and convention center.
• Wireless internet does not work at this hotel.

“This is an okay hotel; I was given an ADA room, even though I have no disability. It was so clean and had a Jacuzzi (not clean). Even though it was right next to the front desk, the wireless internet would not work, you could get on for a few seconds and then would lose the signal the staff did not know anything about how it worked so if you are a business travel like myself and need wireless, this might not be the place for you. A staff person from the travel lodge hotel next door came over to help the new front desk lady a couple of times and I heard the staff tell another guest that the pool for this Ramada was next door inside the travel lodge plus there is this "other building" that you drive to, not connected to the Ramada where some guest were sent for their rooms which were about $15 cheaper than my room. Morning breakfast was minimal, but okay although they did not have the milk on ice or anything. Kind of weird and shady place, Im not picky, but I don't think I would stay here again unless it was under $30 a night definitely a 1 star hotel.”

• Liked nothing about this hotel!

“1. My 1st room, the shower curtain was off the shower enclosure and black mold was in the tub and the heat and fan didn't work. My second room was filthy and had black mold also in the tub. 2. My associates room, his TV didn't work and there was a severe case of black mold in the bathroom. This property looked like the local "no tell motel" used for something other than business travelers!”

• Clean rooms, smell good, convenient location, close to stores and restaurants reasonable priced.
• Some construction on balcony above us early morning.

• Overall disappointed.

“The building was old and run down. The ice machine did not work so if you wanted ice you had to walk to another separate building. There was an old musty, dirty odor in the whole building. The maids carts were blocking the hallway the whole time we were there and the cleaning/storage closet door was open with old roll-a-way beds and clutter in it. The toilet ran for a long time after using it. Some of the lamps did not work. So overall it was very disappointing.”

• Good breakfast if you get there early enough. They didn't refill it after 8:00am.
• They shared the pool next door at the Travelodge.

“It was your typical hotel room. I was surprised to hear that the pool was next door at the Travelodge. Looking at the review they made it seem like it was in the Ramada. The outside doors into the hotel were unlocked most of the day. Good breakfast. Lots of options if you got there before 8:00am, after that most items were not refilled.”

• The room was neat, clean & organized. The bed was comfortable. & the hotel was peaceful.
• The hotel is located behind a gas station and is a little hard to find.

“The hotel was neat, clean & comfortable. The staff members are friendly. The room was well organized & the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. I would recommend this hotel as a business traveler¿s friend.”

• It was a short night and moved on.
• Room - rug should be replaced - very old with lots of stains-bath very outdated-ceiling damage.

“I didn't expect a 5 star motel for the price I paid, as I was only trying to find a place to sleep and continue my trip. However, the room was one that I didn't feel comfortable at all. Although it was cleaned the best it could, it just felt like you were in a rundown place. The rug looked 40 yrs old with lots of stains and even an iron imprint where it burned the carpet. Bath very outdated with ceiling damage. I didn't arrive until late that night, but had I got there earlier I would have went to another motel. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. ”

• The continental breakfast was what I expected. Service was very friendly.
• The pool was cloudy and in a less desirable location.

“This hotel was adequate for the money. The staff was very friendly; the continental breakfast was what you would expect. The pool was looking kind of dodgy so we did not swim there.”

• Close to my destination.
• Not very clean.

“I probably won't stay at this hotel again. The floor in the hallway is warped and the ceilings cracked. Stains on the bathroom wall. The safety latch for the room door was half-missing. Although we were staying for multiple days, the hotel would "cancel" our key every day so we would have to go to the front desk to have it reset. We had to wait one time for over 40 minutes to find the desk clerk who lied to us about where she was at (she was at the hotel next door). The hotel allowed a big party in one of the rooms that went most of the night and out into the parking lot. Not an overall good experience.”

• Pretty run down, had to lug bags up outside stairs to get to 2nd floor room.

• It smells. The towels were thin. The pillows too.

“The staff was friendly. Our room was in the extra building. Which we were the only ones who used it. The other patrons were in the main building. Our towels and pillows were thin. There was a smell to the room. It did appear clean. The stool did not flush well.”

• Our room was very small.

“For the money we paid, it was acceptable. We were sorry to be in the room across from the breakfast room -- were awakened at 5 AM by very noisy staff! Otherwise, the place was fine and the front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Free breakfast was above average.”

• It was conveniently located off the freeway, and next to a Taco Bell.
• The room was dirty; the sink stopped up, the staff befuddled.

“They need to have someone clean the rooms. There was a bug in the toilet; looked like a roach. The sink was stopped up. The manager was angry with the night clerk because the clerk gave me something to sign, when I had already paid you. He was threatening to fire the clerk, but I asked him not to, so he said he would just talk to him. Overall, not a favorable experience, and I would not go back there again.”
