• The staff was accommodating.
• It was dirty, things didn't work, and heat wouldn't shut off. The beds were uncomfortable.

“Not sure that I would stay there again with my family. No pool, and not very kid friendly. The computer was monopolized by another guest at the hotel that was rude. Overall the experience was not good.”

• It was close to Lake Geneva.
• A little dark and dirty; poor breakfast.

“We were very disappointed with this hotel. Upon arrival, we were informed that they key card machine was broken and would not be replaced until the following week. Thus, they could not give us keys to our room. All outside doors were propped open and we had to be let in to our room with the master key. No one ever checked an ID to confirm which room we belonged in. Breakfast was limited to bread and mini muffins. We would never stay here again.”

• Breakfast.
• Not clean, damp in the room, smelly.

“This hotel is a very poor quality hotel. Our "non smoking" room smelled of smoke covered with flower air freshener, there was an ashtray and matches in our non-smoking room. The toilet was clogged. The room with air conditioner on, was damp and humid. Could not sleep. Poor quality all the way around.”

• Convenient location.
• Noisy, minimal maintenance.

“Our room was next to a meeting room that had been previously scheduled. It was noisy all evening. There were other rooms available when we checked in. The next night an unmonitored party was in the room above that went on all night. In general the Super 8 motel chain has deteriorated to a 1 star economy chain.”

• The staff was excellent breakfast was good convenient location.
• Bathroom was small. Rooms could be updated.

“Overall for the price I'd stay again despite it not being a non-smoking hotel. Its in a convenient area close to the interstate and shopping. All the staff members I met were so nice and hospitable. They went out of there way to be helpful like printing directions for us to a place we wanted to go in the city. If you decide to stay I'd call them directly first you will probably get a better rate.”

• Very clean and very comfortable everything we needed.
• Can't find negative.

“Very satisfied for the money spent. Clean with plenty of room. Easy access to towns. Breakfast bar adequate. No complaints whatever.”

• Very chic, trendy with great location.
• rooms are even tinier than anticipated

“Very cool, trendy place to stay. But, the rooms are tiny. A little loud and not terribly relaxing. But it is great for a modern, chic place to stay.”

• The hotel smelled and was very dirty. Bad carpet in halls & rooms like they had water damage. Overall was a bad hotel & I am not very picky.
