• Clean, neat, polite employees, good accessibility to other motels and the interstate highway.
• View from the outside window blocked by roof.

“ we were assigned one of the "cheapest" or "dinkiest" rooms in the hotel. There was a beautiful park across from the hotel, but out view was blocked by the roof of the front drive through. Also, the vanity/lavatory was made for only one person at a time and the vanity area had very little room for toilet article kits, etc. The "restaurant" breakfast bar/buffet was overpriced. Cleanliness, hotel employees politeness, and neatness was very good. ”

• Friendly staff.
• $10 breakfast buffet.

“ The hotel had a nice appearance. The staff was friendly. The rooms were dark (only a single small light in the bathroom). Also, the location of the hotel is awkward. The indoor pool was freezing which was disappointing because we were going to take our son swimming. Very nice hotel if you are just staying the night. ”

• Very clean and comfortable.
• The hot tub did not work and the staff did not fix it.

“Very clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere for families or business. A warm fireplace welcomes you to a nice foyer and friendly staff makes the stay a pleasure.”

• Broken pop machine, and overpriced breakfast.

“Finding the correct road to get to the hotel was challenging. The employees were
very friendly and helpful.The room had everything you needed to be comfortable as in, fridge, microwave, ice access, etc.”

• Wish the hotel was more pet friendly- would be able to stay there more often- very difficult to find someone to watch our dog who is part of our family.

• The arrangement of the room kept hall noise away and room was across the hall from the elevator.
• We were disappointed to find moldy-caulk in the bathtub and poor lighting in the bathroom.

“The refrigerator was making a rattling noise, so we turned it off. We thought the bathroom could have used more lighting for the shower area. As a whole, we were very pleased with the arrangement of the room to allow for privacy and low noise from the hallway.”

• Very nice looking room.

“The hotel and the staff were very nice and I have stayed there before. The only problem we had was with the sheets having brown stains on them which we did not notice until it was very late at night. After noticing the stains, we pulled out the couch and slept on it. Due to this experience, I am not sure, I will stay there again at least without examining the sheets before we get settled into the room.”

• Quick and curtious check in and check out.
• Being female and traveling alone, I felt a little isolated since the hotel is off the busy street (perfect though if not traveling alone).
