• Convenience to restaurants and movies.
• No fridge in room.

“The room was kinda small, but that was ok. What I didn't like was that the tub in the bathroom wouldn't drain properly. Again, there was refrigerator or microwave in the room. The breakfast was not good with the exception of the waffles. They had a good idea of keeping melted butter on display for your waffles.”

• Room was nice.
• The night staff was horrible.

“The room was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was awful; there was dirt in the sink and the tub, the mirror was filthy and the door, floor and toilet were dirty and had hair all over them. There was hair actually stuck to the inside of the door. The smoke detector was dangling from the wall by its wires, leaving a gaping exposed hole in the wall. It also hit me with its loose screws while I was standing under it. (this was a wood screw, which is pointed and could have hit one of my children or been picked up and swallowed) There was dust everywhere and hair in the beds. I have worked in hotels and have a lot of patience with the staff but this was unacceptable. We called the front desk and let him know that the room was unacceptable and he did not offer to move us. We just had to see a manager. And my husband kids and I had to sleep in our clothes over the covers because the room was not use able. I saw the manager in the morning and was told that the room would receive a detail cleaning by the housekeeping staff. Two hours later we were tired of waiting and hadn't heard from anybody. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“The first room had not been cleaned. Changed rooms and the second room was not as clean as it should have been. The toilet broke and it was too late at night to have it fixed or to move to a third room.”
