• Was quiet at night.
• Beds too soft, pillows were inadequate.

“Ok, for overnight stay, house-keeping could have been a little better.”

• It was clean.
• The host would not allow us to get a room with 2 beds even though there were only may be 10 cars parked with over 30 rooms available.

“The room was clean and the morning hostess friendly. The nighttime host didn't want to do anything but see how fast he could check you in. He would not accommodate our request for 2 beds.”

• Quite.
• Hotel staff showed signs of discrimination and prejudice.

“Very bad! At the end of the day we very possibly could have a lawsuit against that hotel for the treatment of us. Yes, it was that bad!”
