• Nothing honestly.
• Very dirty, smelled.

“Floor was so dirty I wouldn't put my one year old down on it. Smelled like old frying grease in the room. Pool and spa water were a foggy green color. Overall very dirty and would rather sleep in my car.”

• Good location.
• Dirty, bedding did not fit bed, mattress pad and sheet kept falling off.

“Not clean. Staff was mostly unavailable. Bedding was inadequate. The mattress pad and fitted sheet did not stay on bed throughout the night. Also, air conditioner was so loud when cutting off and on that it did not allow for a restful night.”

• Staff not attentive and racist.

“A bunch of drunks came in and took over the pool area from me and my kids. They were cussing and being loud. The staff did nothing when I complained. Openly drinking alcoholic beverages in plain sight. We were told no alcohol in the pool area when we checked in. The clerk and the drunks were the same race. She did nothing.”

• Nothing.
• We stayed there because of the indoor pool but it was out of order, and for the internet that they would not supply.

“I was just disappointed because of my daughter was having ear surgery the next day, and I booked with them because of my kids wanting to swim before the next morning surgery when she would be unable to swim, and for myself to have internet service. They had neither one like I said in #14 no pool ¿ no internet service.”

• Everything you could possibly need was in the room!
• No washcloths - that was kind of strange.

“Amerihost Inn in Jackson Tenn was conveniently located, has friendly staff a beautiful indoor pool and breakfast. The rooms have micro-fridges, ironing boards/irons, coffeemaker, free wireless access and a hairdryer.”

• Great indoor pool and whirlpool! Excellent service!

“This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The staff was very friendly! I've never felt so welcome at a hotel before as I did during my stay at the AmeriHost Inn. The indoor pool and hottub was great! I even had a whirlpool in my room! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!”
