• There was nothing positive to say!
• Beware sleep in your care before staying here!

“By far the worst hotel experience of my life. The table had months of filthy grime build-up with mildew growing on the legs of the table. Greasy hand prints all over the walls, doors, knobs & light switches. Dust everywhere! Went to turn down the bed covers down that night & what looked like animal hair under pillows on both double beds.”

• The location was the best thing about the hotel and it was 20 min away from our destination.
• Our sheets were stained, there were bugs and leftover items from previous travelers.

“This hotel was ridiculous. I am very disappointed in the housekeeping and staff. There were stains on one of the bed spreads and a baby roach in the room. When we called down to the front desk to get a new bed spread, the lady said we had to come get one ourselves. Also, there was an earring laying on the vanity and the bathroom was nasty. I understand we were given a smoking room because all the non-smoking rooms were already booked, but it was the worst smelling room I have ever been in. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our stay.”

• It had a queen sized bed.
• It was okay, just a cheap hotel.

“The air conditioner barely worked, the bathroom was in disrepair, no closet door (not that it matters), and creepy maid. But, it did have a nice bed.”

“The hotel was a good value. It is not the Hilton but it is not dirty either. It was a clean place to rest our heads. I would stay there again.”

• Both of the staff members I deal with were friendly and willing to share local knowledge regarding how to get around that really helped.
• The rooms were a bit small.

“It is a great place to go as a guest that has not been in this area for a while (especially since Katrina). The staff is willing to tell you easier ways to get to where you are going that you cannot find yourself.”

• Great location, close to everything.
• Housekeeping kept knocking on door even though Do Not Disturb' sign hanging on door handle.

“Can't beat the location as it's close to everything in the area. Housekeeping would not pay attention to 'Do Not Disturb' hanging on my door and kept knocking on my door to see if I wanted service. Also, when I returned to my room around 5:00 am, my door was open (not fully). I know I locked it when I left because I always check it. Nothing was missing (had laptop with me and it was out in the open plugged in), but it left me feeling very uneasy.”

• I liked nothing.
• Was not given the room that I requested.

“I will never stay there again. There were feces on the toilet and walls of the restroom, the room also smelled. I was given a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking room I was told there would be an additional charge. No extra pillows at all, they only have whets on the beds in the rooms. Worst 2 days of my life!”
