  • Front desk personnel.
  • Room not clean and had ants and spiders.

“Dirty room, we had to dust and buy bug spray to kill the ants and spiders, hair in shower and on floors, would not recommend.”

“We were locked out of 1 of our rooms. The staff did not clean our rooms. It was a very bad stay and I will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone ever.”

“The cleaning staff did not do there jobs very well at all. They did not restock the coffee or anything. But the front office staff was very nice.”

  • Checking out.
  • Accosted at every turn by panhandlers, filthy roach infested dive.

“This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed out. We were hit up by panhandlers any time we left the room. Staff was very un friendly. Towels were black with dirt. Room had roaches. We had planned to stay two nights but one night was one too many.”

  • The price was good, and it was close to the Biloxi casinos.
  • The noise and the fact that people were living there.

“The hotel had displaced people from hurricane Katrina. The hotel overall was okay, but just noisey with a lot of shady people there. It was close to the casinos, but they no longer had shuttle service. The staff was very friendly. Spend a few more dollars and stay at a nicer place.”

  • Didn't compromise when I wanted to change rooms.

“The hotel was ok I did expect a little more for the price, I was disappointed about that. I did see some nicer rooms than the one we had. The employees were great very knowledgeable.”

“I would not choose this hotel again. This seemed to be a type of place people live in the rooms. Someone was barbequing in the walkway! I refused the first room offered. It smelled bad. They gave me a room that was cleaner but still not great.”

  • It was dirty and not in a very nice area.

“It was very dirty and un-kept. I thought with it being so soon after Hurricane Katrina that it would be newly painted at the least, but it was not. The bed was not comfortable at all. The other people staying in other rooms were loud. I was awoken at 6:00 AM by the person in the room directly above me. It sounded like they were stomping very hard. I did not feel like I was in the safest area either.”

  • The staff made your stay very easy.
  • I did not like the fact that I was notified that there was no more king beds available.

“The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast could have had a bigger variety. There were dirty towels in our room that had black and brown stains. Other than that it was pretty decent.”

  • The room was gross.

“We stayed a week and in that time our sheets were never changed and the cleaning staff were not polite and they would knock 1 time then walk in. there was not disturbed signs in the room. The walls were dirty and had what looked like blood on them. If I had not paid for the room in advance I would have left and gone else were. I would not stay there again.”

“This hotel looked absolutely nothing like it's pictures. It was muddy, messy, rails falling down and loose on stairs. No parking places as truckers were allowed to park there trucks across 6-7 parking places. Asked for a non-smoking room, got one with ash”
