• The room was a smoking room.!
• Tennis courts were run down and could not be used.

“I really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice, the staff was helpful, and the beds and pillows were comfortable.”

• Nothing. Smelled Smoky/dingy/ musty. Ceilings only 7 ft.

“Would not recommend to anyone. Was forced to get a room that cost very high per night. Yes, it has been very busy at work this week, however I will lodge a formal complaint to recover the monies. Thanks.”

• The amenities.
• The sheets were stained.

“This hotel was great. They had a lot of other boisterous people staying there at the same time as I went, so that was not pleasant. The overall quality of the hotel was pretty good. I would probably stay there again.”

• It is in a good location.
• The host was not nice or friendly at all.

“I love the hotel the stay was wonderful but when you go the front desk it was like you hate to ask the host anything I wish I remember her name.”

• Compared to other hotels in the area, the price was good - a basic, decent hotel.
• It was what I was expecting for the price, so I have no complaints.

“A good buy - your basic 2-star hotel. Had complimentary breakfast, outside pool that was clean, pretty clean rooms, spacious rooms, and frig/micro. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a nice stay. It's an older hotel with normal wear and tear - but a good deal for the price.”

• The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful a/b correcting the situation with our rooms.
• Rooms have odors, ac issues, and dirty carpets.

“The first two rooms we were given were smoking rooms. We went down to change rooms and were given 2 non-smoking rooms. One room was ok but the other room looked as if the previous customers had just vacated. Room was dirty; beds had the slept in/unmade look, bathroom unclean and dirty towels lying around. The third room was ok, but very hot and did not have a peep hole. The hole was stuffed with putty or gum (gross!) On the outside and on the inside had tissue stuffed in the peep hole with a note that said fix me written on it. Evidently room had been cleaned and no one noticed the tissue hanging out with the fix me note. After 3 rooms, we decided it would do and went to dinner and then bed. The rooms did not get very cool at all even with the air conditioners on high. Very old, outdated equipment. Breakfast was ok, but nothing great. I will never stay at that facility again.”

• Easy off. On I-10 - Safe Location.
• Star rating for price.

“I am on R & R from OIF and wanted a nice place to stay when I came back from Iraq. The room had trash on the floor, I was not offered non-smoking, both bedspreads had large burn makes and the sheers were torn. Breakfast was good but limited - late checkout was not available.”

• Easy to find.
• Dirty, no sheets on box springs, leaky air conditioner and vents, poor air quality.

“We did not even stay the second night of our prepaid arrangement. We were not eligible for a refund, but felt the room was not only fitly but unsafe for my asthmatic son. Poor air quality, leaky air conditioning vents, poor ventilation.”
