“I thought the whole experience was better than at the Beau Rivage for a fraction of the price and would highly recommend it.”

“If you are hot natured then don't stay here. I just got back from my 4th stay there in 3 months only because it was free and the rooms do no get cool. Had it turned down to 59 and still not cool, kept lighting a light under the thermostat to make it kick on. One time maintenance taped paper over the thermostat it didn't work. Beds were comfortable, nice size bathrooms, long walk from rooms to elevator to go to pool all across the lobby. Breakfast buffet was bad, don't waste your money. Beautiful pool! I won't stay there again until winter.”

“Loved everything except the fact of the facility being so large. I brought my dad along to play the games and he has COPD. There is no way he could have gotten around. We had not rented a scooter (which to me was expensive); however, we did rent one and the staff once again was always more than eager to help us in any way possible. I am sure we will go again.”

“Then, the wireless internet signal never got more than one bar the entire three days there and frequently just went on and off. Also, the pool was closed an entire day to get it ready for some Hooters swimsuit competition. We happened to ask the night before what time the pool opened the next day, and that is when we found out. The next day, numerous people tried to go to the pool floor and could not understand why it was blocked on the elevator. Even though we called and asked ahead of time about bringing towels to the rented fitness center pool substitute, there were none available even though we had been reassured there would be. It's obvious what they want you to do when you're there, and their resources are not devoted too much that's not based on gambling.”

“The issue that I have is simple. Deliver what you say offer. The good stuff first. They have done a good job of remodeling this place and trying to make it more competitive with other Gulf Coast Casino Resorts. They seem to have brainwashed the staff into acting more professional. The Bad: They say they provide free wireless Internet access. As a business person, I rely on this. When I checked into my room, I found no available or recognizable hotel Access Points. After dinner, I tried it again. I found one Access Point available to me. It was difficult to connect and it kept fading in and out. As an IT professional, this is ridiculous. Of course they spent a ton of money on the unnecessary Cisco phones, but they bought the totally useless Cisco wireless too. I hear the Beau is putting in high grade wireless for their guests. When they do, I will be staying there. Oh, I am sitting on the floor, by the room door so that I can have wireless signal to write this.”

“Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Make sure you try 'thirty-two'. It was one of the best restaurants we have ever dined at. Will definitely stay at the IP again.”

“Our room was very nice, much better than any I have stayed at in Vegas on the strip. Large and comfortable, nice plasma TV, quiet, clean! The only two negatives are that the staff was quite rude. Security a bit overzealous with our younger companions (accusing them of lying about going to the buffet to eat). The air quality of the gaming area was much worse and far smokier than the Beau Rivage, but the Beau doesn't have as many $5.00 tables. Greeter at the buffet acted annoyed that we had such a large party. Overall, I'd stay again, but might avoid the attitude at the buffet and watch security around younger companions.”

“When you arrive at the hotel there is the sleazily looking pawn shop within 40 feet of the property. The hotel has reservations mean nothing. I reserved a king non-smoking room and when I checked in they said all they had was two doubles/handicapped smoking. They state that they guarantee a room but with no specifics. They promised to move me the next day but didn't. When I stated I was not satisfied they said I could fill out a comment card when I left. They allow street people hanging out in the casino into the elevators to harass the customers. I did not feel safe the whole time I was there. Throughout the stay, each individual made excuses that it was not their responsibility.”

“Very pleasant, quiet, staff accommodating. Especially the clerk that registered me. I requested a non-smoking room but on arrival, she told me that smoking rooms were all that was available. For some screwball reason Mississippi still very liberal and allows smoking in public places. I told her that I probably would try to find another hotel and she found a non smoking room for me. I don't know how that happened but I was appreciative.”

“Check in smooth lots of help on the front desk no wait. Room ready perfect in everyway. Rooms are very quiet! Casino nice but not very loose on slots. No free play for new players. Staff warm and friendly, gave excellent and direct information. Every thing was spotless. I am very picky about that. Construction was going on across street; we never heard a peep, very well insulated and sound proof. Room service wonderful. Gourmet coffee in the room. I hope to return soon, this year for sure.”

“This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in for an awesome price. We were arriving in Biloxi sooner than planned and I called the front desk to ask if we could check in early. Not only were we able to check in early, we also were supposed to have two queen beds and they upgraded us to a room with a king (which was what we wanted) and the person I spoke with made sure that we had a non-smoking room. The nice thing was that the lobby was not filled with smoke as some of the other reviews had stated. My husband and I are not gamblers, so I don't' know anything about the casino.”

“Everything was great (provided you don't need to shower) The water felt slimy (too much culligan. It tasted terrible when brushing my teeth. My shower took forever trying to rinse soap off under a very thin stream of water (very little water volume or pressure). and I took my shower at 4 pm (glad I didn't wait till morning when everyone is taking showers).”

“The front desk was fairly busy at check-in, but the clerk was friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite. The room was clean, roomy and the bed was extremely comfortable. I ate at back bay buffet restaurant and the food was pretty good, with a great selection. Listened to band at chill bar - great! Overall, this stay was a wonderful experience and I had recommended this hotel to anyone.”
