• Refrigerator in the room was convenient.
• Lack of housekeeping during my stay and the bugs in the room.

“Overall this was a barely passable experience. The room was nice in terms of the refrigerator, the nice TV, the microwave, and the comfortable bed. But the noisy AC and the insects in the room were unacceptable. Plus on a two night stay housekeeping never showed up and instead left clean towels by the door in a garbage bag. Will not stay there again.”

• The free wireless internet and continental breakfast were not expected and very helpful.
• The carpet was much worn and needed to be replaced.

“Excellent location. Would be a good spot for a business traveler or those without need of a pool. Decor appeared slightly worn but clean. Free wireless internet and continental breakfast were great. Staff responded quickly to requests.”

• The space in the room was very nice.
• I called the desk and told them that my bathtub drain was clogged.

“The space and location of the hotel was excellent. Although I did see hair (not mine) on the bathroom floor. The bathtub drain was blocked so the water was around my ankles.”

• Spacious room and bathroom.
• No microwave or refrigerator in room. Booked us a smoking room when non-smoking was requested, pillows were the size of large soft marshmallows.
