• The overall decor was incredible.
• Nothing, this was a great hotel.

“If you haven't stayed here you must! The decor in the lobby/rooms/hallways are just incredible. Oh, the bath products are from AVEDA and are so wonderful. They smell fantastic and the leopard print bathrobes AND slippers are so much fun! We had the goldfish sent to our room and he was so active. I couldn't have found a better hotel than this, I love Kempton and The Hotel Monaco”

• It was clean. The bathwater was warm right away.
• I had no complaints.

“Stained and worn carpeting, and very thin foam mattresses were unpleasant. Otherwise, the hotel is fine for a 2-star property. Worth the price paid.”

“This hotel was ok, but inconvenient as far as access. For the 2nd floor, you had to walk to stairs only on one side, and may have to do a bunch of walking. The rooms were very small, and this is not a hotel I would have chosen on my own.”

“Fairfield Marriott in Normal, Illinois was excellent. I have stayed there several times. The staff has always been pleasant and professional. The rooms have always been clean and have exceeded my expectations.”
