• The room.
• The pool and hot tub.

“The hot tub was cold and it was full of kids. When we went down for breakfast, it wasn't stocked to good. The pool was very green.”

• Great staff! Excellent breakfast bar.
• Pool was freezing. Hot tub jets didn't work.

“The rooms are somewhat "used" looking. The pool and hot tub problems were drawbacks since we have 4 kids and they all were excited to swim.”

• The rates were decent.
• Plumbing issues, not child friendly as far as staff.

“Our stay started pleasantly enough until the toilet overflowed. We were moved to another room and that was satisfactory. The next day, my friend and I took our 11 children (all ours) to the pool. No one else was there. We were harassed by a staff member about our use of the pool (noise, jumping in, etc.) We were only there for 2 hours. On Sunday morning our toilet stopped up. I told the desk about it and they promptly handed me a plunger! Not professional at all! So I paid for a room and had to be my own plumber.”

• Complimentary breakfast was a lot more than just donuts. It had everything and it was self serve.
• Girlfriend cut her foot on something in pool area. Jacuzzi's "jets" where out of order and water wasnt warm enough.

“Overall good value and easy to find. Excellent complimentary breakfast area and coffee bar.”

• Rooms clean, staff is very attentive to needs.
• Fire alarm got stuck and was going off in the am.

• Brightly lit parking lot, friendly staff, and nice breakfast buffet.
• Halls smelled like cig smoke, bathroom floor was sticky.

• Carpet in rooms could have been cleaner.

• Not very clean, uncomfortable beds and pillows, dog barking in hotel at night.

“Hotel was not very clean. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were so flat they hurt your neck. There was a dog barking on another level that kept us awake at night.”
