• Inexpensive.
• Still trying to resolve unwarranted charges to credit card.

“Poor help at desk, mismatched rooms, put us in someone else's room. Disorganized and rooms poorly prepared for visitors.”

• Hole in crib side - messed up the reservation. Didn't put cribs in room/claimed they didn't receive my direct phone regarding this request.

“Leaking from the ceiling in hallway, elevators not working. Staff not friendly and I'm a hotel manager.”

• I liked the fireplaces throughout the lobby.
• The hot tub was cold, too cold for a hot tub.

“Over all the hotel was great, I would like to stay again, but I like hot tubs and they need to keep the heat in a hot tub in winter.”

• Good location.
• No signage where lobby is - steps to get to room - sliding glass door on main floor - didn't feel safe.

“Hated the steps to get to room - about 10 steps - no elevator - had to carry my case down the steps. There was no sign in this resort area that indicated the door where the lobby was or where you check in - very confusing in the dark!”

• Friendly front desk people.
• Outdated and not kept up.

“A 1950s-60s hotel complete with pink tile and old fixtures. Minimal upgrades from when built. Door locks are first generation card readers. Bath tub was not clean. Brown grass clippings were on the small patio outside the bedroom. Very old type TV. Probably original furnishing. Very noisy old heater in bath. Ice machines all out of order - offered ice from restaurant. Priceline should ditch this one.”

• Many amenities, pool beautiful, restaurant in hotel.
• 1st room air was not working due to dirty filter.

“The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms have sliding glass doors out to pool or balcony overlooking pool area. My first room had a dirty filter in air conditioner, therefore it didn't work. I was moved at my request, no hassles. The second room was very clean and comfortable. Room service was quick. Nice ambiance.”

“Ice machine was broken and we had to hunt down an alternate source which ended up being the bar - we should have been told that upon check in. A lot of common areas needed TLC. My room was located next to the highway - there was a lot of traffic noise. I would prefer not to stay at this hotel again.”

• Very spacious and attractive room. My wife would have loved it.

• Location.
• Old, tired and run down. Rooms too dark for business.

“I had to go to three rooms before I found one I could consider relatively clean. The decor is extremely outdated, yet renovations were going on all around me. The lighting was extremely dark and did not lend itself to doing business work while in the room. The desk did not even have a lamp.”

• The whole experience was everything a hotel should be.
• Need more appetizers at Mgr's get together.

“Clock Tower was the place we stayed 12 years ago on the first night of our honeymoon. It was very nice to be back there. The bed was extremely comfortable and everyone was very nice.”

• Nice landscaping; convenient location.
• Bathroom sticky; no internet access; extremely dated furnishings; business center closed during business hours.

“Nasty. Dated. Nothing to support the business traveler. I expect a Hampton Inn or Courtyard Marriott at the 2 1/2 star level, but most Red Roof Inns or Motel 6's have cleaner rooms and more updated facilities than the Clock Tower. Not to mention that the only place I could get online was in the restaurant as I tried to choke down a breakfast buffet that was already cold and congealed at 6:30 AM.”

• Attractive rooms and clean pool.
• Not sufficient hot water for showers and bathroom unclean on 2nd stay.

“The stay at the beginning of July was quite wonderful. Staff was friendly, rooms nicely done and 1st floor. The outside pool was nice and clean. My stay on the way home was miserable because of the lack of hot water in my room and an unclean bathroom.”

“This hotel has a water park, tons of kids, no real place for adults to relax in water. Great place for families not for couples trying to get away. Room extremely small, with one small double bed. Room needed to be updated. No response to our request for more pillows from housekeeping.”
